We'd love to come back and stay a bit longer and with friends.

We stayed here for one night whilst travelling from UK to GERMANY and it was absolutely excellent. Beautifully appointed bungalow with very nice, clean facilities. We booked one room only but I can imagine staying here for a few days with friends and using the entire bungalow must be awesome

We didn't actually see anybody but we arrived late and left early and had access through keycodes, so we did not need to wake anyone.

Beautiful building, lovely clean en-suite room and communal area.

Lovely clean room and communal kitchen and living room area. Off street parking. Attached restaurant looks fantastic (didn’t get a chance to dine there) plus a beautiful beer garden/ outside seating area.

All I was looking for and more

Absolutely have to recommend this one. Not only do you get for this price a large room with own bathroom and private parking, but also the use of a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a really large (front and) back yard, for example for spending time with friends. These additional spaces are shared with guests in possibly two other rooms, but during our five day stay we were the only guests (family of 4), so we basically got to our use a luxurious and recently renovated villa with enormous yard for the price of a single room. Some books and board games are provided for spending quality family time. Next door is a tavern held by the same owners for breakfast, lunch or dinner, if so desired. Very calm and high-class residential area, yet close to a major highway, which is perfect if you're traveling by car. Possibility to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle around the corner. Will definitely be staying here again on future holidays in this area of Belgium. If this isn't value for money, I don't know what is.

Fantastisch verblijf! En hopelijk kunnen we hier vaker gebruik van maken.

Wat een mooie overnachting. Grote kamer. Fijne badkamer. Fijne bedden. Een gezamenlijke woonkamer en keuken. Waar we nog heerlijk ons 3e kerstdiner hebben kunnen eten. Gewoon super!

Dan val ik toch over een vieze afzuigkap. Toch een keer schoon filter in doen.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst - uiterst attente gastheer, heerlijk ontbijt. Heel goede ligging! Goed bed, mooie badkamer. En heel lekker gegeten in het Vreedehof letterlijk naast de deur.

Niet echt iets. Heel klein detail: de toegangscode van o.m. de voordeur moet op de klink ingegeven worden. Daar hebben we - in het donker - toch wel even naar lopen zoeken. 😊

Hier komen we terug

Rustig gelegen, grote tuin, afgesloten voor de honden die mee waren. We waren met drie bevriende paren die samen het huisouden deden. Is perfect verlopen. Genoeg privacy indien gewenst. een aanrader als we terug in de buurt zijn

Enorm genoten

Het ontbijt was geweldig, heel vriendelijke mensen. Met vragen kon je heel goed terecht. Het restaurant ernaast was ook super goed en ze deden ook heel veel moeite. Dit was ook van hun familie. Super verblijf gehad.

Dat er geen stopcontacten naast het ene bed voorzien waren. We hadden wel de 4 persoonskamer geboekt.

Een prachtig verblijf op een mooie locatie met ruimte voor verbetering op vlak van slaapcomfort

De villa is mooi en ruim, met veel potentieel en een aangename sfeer — met wat aandacht voor kwaliteitsvollere inrichting kan dit een topverblijf worden.

Mooie villa, maar slaapcomfort en uitrusting kunnen beter De villa zelf is prachtig: ruim, goed gelegen en stijlvol ingericht. We hebben genoten van de omgeving en de algemene sfeer van het verblijf. Toch zijn er enkele punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn, zeker voor wie comfort belangrijk vindt. Het matras biedt weinig ondersteuning en de kwaliteit van het bedlinnen is ondermaats. De hoeslakens zijn te klein en springen voortdurend los, wat erg storend is tijdens het slapen. Ook de kussens en het dekbedovertrek zijn van goedkope kwaliteit. Dat is jammer, want dit doet afbreuk aan de uitstraling van de woning. De keuken is verder prima uitgerust met voldoende potten en pannen. Wel zou iets meer porseleinen servies handig zijn, zodat de vaatwasser niet telkens voor enkele glazen of kopjes moet draaien. Een klassieke koffiezet zou ook een fijne aanvulling zijn voor gasten die liever geen capsules gebruiken. Kortom: een mooie villa met veel potentieel, maar het basiscomfort verdient wat meer aandacht om het verblijf echt top te maken.

De badkamer had een kapotte douchevloer en de deurkrenk zat los. De accomodatie vergt een opknapbeurten onderhoud !

Dat ontbijt blijkbaar goed vooraf moet worden besteld want anders kan je niet ontbijten in de BwB (Bed without Breakfast). Dat er wel een koffiezetje was maar geen capsules, geen water, niets.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Quartier buchen!

Sehr gute Lage für unseren Zwischenstopp auf den Weg nach Calais. Nah an der Autobahn und trotzdem schön grün und ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) hat eine gute Größe und ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Uns hat alles sehr gefallen. Das einzige, was die Unterkunft noch etwas verbessern könnte, wäre eine Tür oder ein Vorhang vor der Dusche oder ein Duschvorleger, weil nicht zu vermeiden ist, dass beim Duschen Wasser auf den Boden spritzt.

Znakomita lokalizacja, w cichej luksusowej dzielnicy willowej. Piekny ogród, na ktorym zaaranżowano uroczy bar z krzesłami, fotelami, lezakami. Wszystko bardzo piękne, miejsce stworzone z zamiłowaniem do wysokiej jakości. Bardzo ładne wnętrze domu. Wygodny duży parking.

Het is geweldig.

De locatie is geweldig, heel rustig gelegen in de bossen. De kamer is schoon en er staat voldoende in om er een aantal nachten te verblijven. De gezamelijke woonkamer en keuken is heel gezellig. Ook geweldig de roomservice die we kregen van hun restaurant.

Heerlijk rustig en comfortabel verblijf!

We hadden als bonus de accomodatie voor ons alleen. Alles was schoon en netjes en heerlijk warm toen we aankwamen! Heerlijk geslapen op deze mooie plek.

De badkamer had een rioollucht maar dat vonden wij verder niet heel hinderlijk.
