Fijne plek

Ruime Familiekamer. 2 x 2-persoonsbed. Schoon beddengoed. Ruime badkamer. Voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, zo ook shampoo, doucheschuim, toiletpapier en een föhn. Mooie grote living en prachtige tuin met zitjes. Keuken compleet. Bovendien Nespresso apparaat met koffiecups, suiker en melk aanwezig. Koelkast voor gezamenlijk gebruik. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein. Gelegen naast een prima restaurant. Gastheer heeft ons voor inchecken alle informatie verstrekt die nodig was voor de overnachting, daardoor was inchecken heel makkelijk.

Deze kamer ligt aan de voorkant van het huis - straatkant, waar ook de gasten parkeren op eigen - niet af te sluiten - terrein (grote oprit). Daardoor weinig privacy, tenzij je de raambedekking van de 'tuindeur' gesloten houdt. Deze 'tuindeur' hadden wij toch in de nacht op een kier staan voor frisse lucht. Ander klein raam in de kamer kon (naar ons inzicht) niet open.

Fijne locatie. Mooi om te wandelen + dichtbij Lokerse feesten.

maar tijdelijk deel ben de tuin afgezet waardoor ze moeilijk los konden lopen.

The location is a very upmarket area. Incredible houses nearby. All with security screens and the associated “ don’t even think about it “ implications. Normal people would not live here. Walking my dog was interesting. Lots of well kept footpaths that intersect the area. 5 minutes of the main highway. Very convenient.

I have stayed there at various times over the last 3 years on the way to Sweden. It is showing signs of ageing. Needs a bit of TLC. A bit of”functional” rather than friendly. It is right next to a bistro bar ( in the back garden ). Never open when I have been there, but would certainly be intrusive if it was.
