Luxurious BnB in the countryside on the outskirts of Ghent

Calm, comfortable and clean. All you need for a good sleep!

I would have preferred to have a kettle in my room to be able to make myself tea when I wanted… without having to go to the shared kitchen (which I did not dare).

Fantastic Christmas stay in between horses!

The property is located at the back of industrial buildings but all windows face the beautiful fields overlooking nature. Everywhere you look, you can see horses grazing in the field, and the owners dogs playing in the back garden. The property has ample car park with ramp access to the front door. We stayed in the penthouse on the top floor which is accessible with a lift. The best way to describe the penthouse is a large rectangle with toilet, bathroom, inbuilt bedroom (quite special!) centralised in the middle and another bedroom at the end. The penthouse is decorated stylishly with eye for detail. The beds have soft matresses which we found comfortable. The property was sparkling clean with daily cleans (even on Christmas Day!). The penthouse has large, automatic blinds to shut out the sun. All amenities are on the ground floor, including sitting area, TV, well stocked fridge with food items you can help yourself to anytime, a coffee maker, kettle etc. This is the communal space, and in the morning, breakfast is served together with other guests. It made for good conversation! On the ground floor, there is also a hamman, sauna and sun shower, and the sliding doors give way to a natural swimming pool. The owners are inviting, warm and very friendly. They put a mobile fridge in the penthouse on our request. Every morning, including on Christmas Day, they served breakfast with freshly made (warm) bread and croissants, and freshly made orange juice. One thing I will remember from this stay are the glorious sunrises and sunsets. We were lucky and had blue skies throughout our stay, so in the morning, you could see the sky turn from black to orange as far as the eye could see, and in reverse order at night.

There are no negatives from our side. The only kind recommendation I would give is to foresee more space to unpack clothes. There are built-in wardrobes which I believe the owners use themselves, but for guests there is not an abundance of space to put away clothes.

Architecturally pleasing, comfortable but needing some attention to the detail expected of a B&B

The host was very pleasant and welcomed us warmly, offering us a drink upon arrival. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and the view, over open countryside, was lovely. We had a dog with us, so the access to the secure garden was a bonus.

The aesthetic is quirky but, if you are going to have lots of interesting artefacts in a bedroom, you need to ensure you are dusting them,and the shelves, on a regular basis. The bathroom cleaning required more attention to detail: the splash back behind the sink, the limescale on the shower. As other reviewers have mentioned, the lack of a bathroom door just didn’t work for us. The colour scheme obviously fits in with the theme throughout the property but it is dark in the room.

Very interesting property

This property was a great surprise, a very modern and tastefully built property, the attention and detail of the design of the house was exceptional. My host was very welcoming and definitely a people person, he also cooks a great breakfast which i highly recommend.

It was all quite perfect, maybe I could say, not easy to find but that's not a fault as such.

Exceptional modern property

This was my 2nd stay here in 10 days, my host although I had not booked a specific room was kind enough to accommodate me in his penthouse at no extra charge. The accommodation was excellent, a great deal of attention has been paid to all aspects of the design of this modern property. Again, I recommend the great breakfast, well worth having.

Nothing at all, I cannot fault this property.

Pleasant stay, comfortable rooms.

The steam cabin is amazing, highly recommend using it when there. The rooms are clean and practical, and easily to ventilate. The kitchen and common area are large. The early check-in request was granted and very welcome!

Breakfast wasn't worth the money. It was tasty but not 35 euros per couple tasty. There were 4 croissants, Belgian cheese, freshly baked bread, freshly pressed orange juice, ham, Nutella. The dogs of the owners barked and growled at us a few times while we were walking in the garden. This was uncomfortable.

Very comfortable stay in a cosy b&b

Room was spacious and airy. Bed was super comfortable, with memory foam pillows provided. Shared living space has everything you need - from beverages to cooking facilities. A sauna, hammam and infrared shower are also available within the building. Outdoor garden is great as well. Homemade breakfast by the hospitable host was wonderful.

Location is not close to any amenities, but everything you need is in the b&b so you don’t have to travel out.

I liked everything about this place. First of all the owners are very kind people, who make you feel really welcome. The rooms are very luxurious, and the wellness is very nice. More than just a place to sleep — it’s a truly special experience.

Our stay at this incredible property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Josh and Karine made us feel right at home. They were exceptionally welcoming, warm, and engaging — we had some of the most fascinating conversations with them about their experiences and travels. Their hospitality truly made this stay unforgettable. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight — generous, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. You can really tell they put love into everything they do. The wellness area is absolutely fabulous — a relaxing retreat complete with a sauna, steam room, and a beautiful pool. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect place to unwind. Each room in the house is uniquely decorated with its own charming theme, adding an extra layer of character and fun to the stay. Every detail has clearly been curated with care and creativity. This is more than just a place to sleep — it’s a truly special experience. We can’t wait to come back. Excellent place to forget the world

It is a very cosy place in the middle of nowhere. Just perfect to forget the world and have a good night's rest. The rooms are very stylish and warm. I particularly liked the steam bath and the lovely breakfast. Definitely worth to drive the extra mile into the more rural outskirts.

the GPS didn't pick up the location correctly, but the owner gave me very easy directions to find the place. It is hidden behind an industrial area.

This is one of the best places I have ever been. The sfeer is just amazing, people are relaxed and kind. The food served was delicious. The calmness around the rooms is just amazing if you want to relax. It's pet friendly and the owners have beautiful dogs. We are 💯 coming back again to this place!

good breakfast. We had also dinner, cooked by the owners. Was good however we didnt know that we were going to eat together with them :) but very nice people so was ok at the end. Owners were very good with our kid. There are also lovely 3 dogs.

An African trip

Really a particular B&B : it is situated in a horse riding in the middle of country side. The rooms are full of African objects that brings your imagination far away. So romantic experience! The host is really very very kind.
