The hosts require an additional deposit even after the stay has been paid for. This is not clear from booking.com and they have yet to return it or explain why

Cadre calme et agréable avec des hôtes réactifs, mais logement vieillissant, peu entretenu et caution peu pratique.

Le logement est situé dans un cadre très agréable, en pleine campagne, entouré de champs et de vaches, ce qui garantit beaucoup de calme et de tranquillité. La maison est spacieuse, propre dans l’ensemble, et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les propriétaires en personne, mais ils ont réagi rapidement à nos messages.

La maison donne une impression de manque d’entretien (façade défraîchie, peinture abîmée, tapis peint déchiré, moisissure dans la salle de bain, vitres de la véranda très sales, petite maison de jardin en ruine, jardin non entretenu). La chambre du rez-de-chaussée n’a pas de vraie porte mais seulement des rideaux, ce qui limite l’intimité. Nous avons aussi constaté beaucoup de toiles d’araignée et d’araignées un peu partout. Enfin, les matelas n’étaient pas très propres (présence de peluches et de cheveux). À noter également : une caution de 200 € est demandée deux semaines avant l’arrivée et n’est restituée que deux semaines après le départ, ce qui nous a semblé être un délai excessivement long et peu pratique.

Op en Top!

De locatie was top, midden tussen de velden, geen buren in een straal van 2 km, leuke wandel routes, de host was super vriendelijk. Op en top genoten van het weekend! Er is ook een bad aanwezig, wat voor mij zeker een pluspunt is!

Buiten een vochtvlek in de douche, was alles op en top!

De gezelligheid van de woonst . Basic maar toch heel leuk. Het deed mij terug denken aan mijn jeugd. We konden er op los feesten daar we afgelegen lagen.

Bij een douche nemen liep het water (afloop) bijna over. Maar kom , wij willen niet zeuren, het was een fijn verblijf.

Redelijk oké.

Er stond een wasmand met was in de living, in de tuin was het gras lange tijd niet gemaaid. Het huis kon aan de buitenkant een likje verf gebruiken, vooral de ramen.
