Excellent location, seaview, quiet, but close to everything.

Excellent location, seaview from living room, from bedroom and from the terrace :) , sizeable terrace, where you can have your breakfast / lunch / dinner. Only 10 minutes walk to old town, about 15 minutes walk to beach. It was large enough for us (2 adults, 1 baby), maybe a bit too cozy for more. Really the best location in Grado. Quiet, but close to everything. We spent a week there, would gould go back for sure.

Place is missing a couple of items, which would make you feel better: there was no soap in the bathroom, only one roll of paper in the toilet for one week, salt in the kitchen, but no pepper, no kitchen paper roll, or kitchen towel etc. All small items, easy to get, but you still have to go to the store for these. Keep in mind: you have to pay extra for the sheets and the towels. There is no wifi either. They provide parking inside the garden for 14 EUR / day, but actually you can also park on the street for 6 EUR / day (prices in Sept 2019), if you find a place (in September there was always free space). All in all, no serious disadvantage. This is a good place to go to.

Schlechte Ausstattung/ keine Bad Ausstattung/ Keine Küchen Ausstattung/ Schlechte Betten Qualität. Bei drei Erwachsenen musste einer auf einem Provisorischen Bett schlafen was eine Kinder Bett war meiner Meinung nach.
