Nice family vacation.

Nice apartment, quiet location, close to public beach and city center. Perfect service provided by Futura agenzia. Air condition, wash machine and other equipment as description. We really like and recommodate it.

The extra bed in the living room could be more comfortable. Mosqitos.

Was ok, basic, expensive for what it was. Not a bad location, walkable to everything.

The shower was great, plenty of hot water. Always a hassle picking key up from one area and having to navigate and walk on top of to accommodation

An extra towel would have been great I’d paid for double but I was travelling solo and given 1&half towels and staying four nights. Something to cook with, a little oil/seasoning etc

I can recommend apartment. You will have great stay there.

Apartment is on the second floor and has nice large terrace with wooden seating there. Distance ~10 minutes to the beach / sea. Apartment was very clean. Bigger bathroom, enough storage places. Modern not wobbly furniture. In the kitchen enough plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, larger fridge. Double bed in the bedroom is comfortable. Sofa in the living room was suitable more for kids or one adult. Entrance into garage is a bit tricky for larger cars. Nevertheless garage as such is long / wide enough to handle car plus rear bike carrier as well. There is a coffee bar in the same building with sea view and good coffee. Even with a few cons stated below I can recommend apartment. You will have great stay there.

Missing WIFI. Believe that in the 21st century should not be an issue to add it and it increases comfort significantly. There was no shower gel, soap, detergent, kitchen towels. We got 1 dishwasher tablet. So after arrival you must go shopping. There was missing tea kettle and flat TV screen had 19" so like my notebook :-)

A szállás közel volt a tengerparthoz, az ágy matracokat cserélni kellene !

Az ágy két külön matracból állt, amik rettentően puhàk voltak, recsegtek minden mozdulatnàl, mintha vízágyba feküdtünk volna! Szörnyen kényelmetlen volt !

Apartament bardzo ładny, z dużym tarasem. Bardzo czystko, blisko plaża a z tarasu widok na morze. Garaż podziemny ok. Jedyny minus, to pakiet startowy, który dostaliśmy przy odbiorze kluczy. Wydaje mi się, że na takich rzeczach jak kapsułki do zmywarki czy papier toaletowy nie ma sensu oszczędzać. Trochę to dziwne, że zaczynasz urlop od poszukiwania sklepu i zaopatrywania się w papier toaletowy.

Zona tranquilla fuori dal centro, spazio esterno vivibile

Appartamento sporco, con parti mancanti (coperte poi forniteci) o non montate (tende). Assenza di beni necessari per un appartamento ad esempio presine, tappeto bagno, strofinacci, qualche utensile cucina aggiuntivo. Bagno inizialmente con perdita, sistemata dal sottoscritto, ma nessuno si è fatto vivo o mi ha chiesto riscontro a fine soggiorno.

Gelungener Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Unser Apartment lag im 1. Stock, war gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte eine tolle Lage - ruhig und zugleich sehr zentral gelegen um die Ecke des ruhigeren Strandabschnitts von Grado. Das Tiefgaragen-Abteil war sehr praktisch und hat auch für unseren großen Van gepasst. Ohne hätte wir wohl ewig einen Parkplatz gesucht. Das Bett (1,6 m) war sehr bequem und die zwei Klima-Anlagen haben für ein eine angenehme Temperatur gesorgt. Was die Kritik in anderen Bewertungen angeht: für eine Ferienwohnung muss man die Dinge des persönlichen Bedarfs/Hygieneprodukte immer selbst mitbringen. Also Handtücher/Duschvorleger, Geschirrtuch, Spülschwamm, Handseife, Spülmittel, Klopapier… es ist auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden - ggf. also auch ein paar Tabs dafür einpacken. wer spezielle Bedürfnisse hat wie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Teeservice bitte auch mitnehmen. Bügelbrett & -Eisen sind vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Betreuung durch die vermietende Agentur „Agenzia Futura“ gefallen. Sie waren immer sehr schnell mit den Antworten über die Booking.com Chat-App im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts. Als wir uns den Schlüssel abgeholt haben, haben wir neben einem sehr detaillierten Orientierungsplan des Apartment-Gebäudes auch passend zu unseren Bedürfnissen tolle Insidertipps bekommen (romantisches Dinner, Rooftop Bar für Sonnenuntergang, spezielle Bootsausfahrt). Wir würden jederzeit nochmal dort buchen.

ein kleiner Kritikpunkt richtet sich eher an frühere Mieter des Apartments, als an die Vermieter: Bitte reinigt gebrauchtes Kochgeschirr etc. gewissenhaft nach Verwendung. Der nächste Mieter wird es euch danken 😉 ohnehin ist es sinnvoller, die tolle italienische Küche in einem schönen Restaurant im Urlaub zu genießen, statt sich selbst Miracoli zusammenzurühren
