Very nice location, roof top view and overall the apartment interior.
Look out for the extra costs for linen and towels (and parking and internet). We ended up paying 30% extra than the Booking.com price to get towels and linen.
Not a very good service experience. There was one roll of toilet paper in the apartment, no soap or anything else. Getting the key meant waiting in line almost 20 minutes, personell was friendly enough once we got through, but not much interested in our experience.

I arrived during their "siesta". So you must count that they don't work after lunch time.
Grado is town without fun. I recommend it only for one day visit. There is nice historical center but there are almost no shops and no night life. No fun for children, in all city you find no "plying machine", no "plying beach castle" like in Caorle, no "children train", no children carousel or something like this. Last day we finded only one nice ground in the end of city. Aquapark is only swimming pool, there is no reason to visit it.
During a day people are near the sea and during evening they sit in restaurants. City don´t live. We finded only one souvenir shop.
There are many restaurants but with only limited choice of food. Only few kinds of pizza (6 pizza types in italian pizza restaurants??!!!), no salads in almost every restaurant (in hot weather no salats??!!). In every restaurant they forgot anything - cheese for spaghetti, water, ketchup and water again (you have to say three times you need water).
In city is almost impossible to park a car. Parking zones are everywhere and there is no big free parking place. There are only two places (in the island under trees and near bus station). You need to wait really long time to park a car there.
I am sorry but we will not visit Grado again in future.

Wonderful location, rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor, nice furniture "maritime style", well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. very helpful agency - i was a little annoyed by construction work going on next door and they immediately took care of the problem making sure works were limited to the appropriate time of the day
the furniture for eating/sitting on the roof could be a little better, there was only one battered table and a broken chair and no umbrella, so i had to carry up a lot of stuff in order to make things more comfortable and make the most of this feature. Since two plastic chairs and a table wouldn't cost a fortune I'd recommend some investment in that part of the furniture.
