The property was great. Spacy, comortable and very well located. The kitchen was fully functional and there was even some space in the garden.

During last day when we come back from the beach there was no electricity in the apartment. Such thing may happen but the agency reaction was very poor. There was no response from their as we tried to reach them on booking and mobile. When we come back next day with demand of some refund for such incovinience they ignored it. What is the most upsetting they blamed us for electricity issue. There logic is that if we turn on light or charge phone it is our fault. I recomend that agency should have some emergency phone.

Really steep & narrow steps from the 1st to the 2nd floor. It would be great if the 2nd bedroom would also have a double bed or at least that you can put the 2 single beds together - but due to the frame there was a huge hole in between the 2 beds, and the single beds are only 80 cm wide, that is too narrow for an adult. No AC in 2nd bedroom. Coffee maker was missing in the kitchen. Shower mat was missing in front of the shower.

Great location, extra big apartment and great experience with the host.

Keys are handled by an agency, they very nice and also flexible with time of arrival. Aparment is at a great location, 100 m by the sea and center. All rooms are extra big so little kids could play around.

Agency is located in a walking area in city center which caused some troubles with parking and getting there. I would sharpen the kniwes in the kitchen ;)

tolle lage, gute aufteilung und größe, der balkon. auf ein kleines problem wurde außergewöhnlich schnell u freundlich reagiert.
