Excellently apartment
Villa edera is a huge flat at the top floor of a very central located house. There was dishes, coffee mashine, pans, pots, a washing machine. You have to bring sheets as well as toilet paper. We had the AC running 24h so the flat was cooled down, if you turn it off completely during the day it might get hot. Overall a perfect stay!

The roomy flat is placed in the centre of Grado, near the beach. There is a corner shop few steps from where you stay. Large balcony to sit in the warm evenings with bottle of wintage wine :-)
Cleanness, in particular of the floors and dishes wasn't good. Plastic chairs on the balcony was covered with dust. Your own bedsheets and towels needed. A weak aircondition needs some maintenance.

Po druhé už nepřijedeme
Předání klíčů bylo velmi komplikované – probíhá v centru města, kde není žádná možnost zaparkovat, což je velice nepraktické. Při předání klíčů nás informovali, že apartmán není vybavený povlečením, prostěradly ani ručníky, vše si bylo nutné dokoupit na místě za nesmyslné ceny, dostanete tašku do ruky a můžete si to tam odnést a povléct samy. K tomu všemu apartmán nemá Wi-Fi. Ubytování je navíc v 6. patře, ale výtah jede pouze do 4. – poslední dvě patra si musíte vyšlapat po schodech. Úklid byl naprosto nedostatečný: pod nočním stolkem jsme našli staré chipsy a v kuchyni nás přivítal odpadkový koš přetékající odpadky, který byl vynešený po našem upozornění až den po našem příjezdu.

A tetőtéri lakásból északra és délre panorámás kilátás. Nagyon szép fürdőszoba. Tágas nappali, nagy étkezőasztallal. A konyha felszereltsége alapszintű... nekünk megfelelt.
Az ablakok alja penészes... valószínűleg a sok légkondícionálás miatt. A lift a 4. emeletig visz fel és utána két emeletet gyalog kell menni a 6-ra.
