The location is absolutely great, close to the beach and to the center. Accommodation equipment was modern and sufficient.
On arrival there was no toilet paper in the toilet or soap in the bathroom. Detergents were also missing in the kitchen, fortunately the shop was still open. The floor looked like no one had cleaned it after the previous guests.

Die bisher schlechteste Unterkunft in Grado
Die gute Lage
Man musste den Schlüssel ein paar Straßen weiter abholen und sogar Bettwäsche/Handtücher dort übernehmen und dann zusammen mit dem Gepäck in die Unterkunft schleppen. Es war nicht sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war miserabel. Es gab ein einziges Buttermesser,keine Weingläser,keine Geschirrtücher oder Geschirrspültabs. Von der „Penthouseterrasse“ hatte man nur Ausblick auf die Klimageräte der Nachbarhäuser.Bei Schlüsselrückgabe hat sich niemand nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt

Super Lage, sehr schöne Dachterasse
Der Müll vom Vorgänger wurde nicht entfernt und es gab teilweise keine Decken für die Betten. Auf Nachfrage in der Agentur wurden diese aber nachgerüstet, bzw. der Müll entsorgt

Grado legszebb részèn, óváros és a tenger is 100 méter! 2 apartmant béreltünk a földszintit és a tetőtérit , szoba árban Grado viszonylatban!
A földszinti apartmanban nem volt jó illat, mivel hűvös volt szellőztetni nem tudtunk! Nyáron megoldódik!
