A klímát az utolsó nap be akartam kapcsolni, de nem sikerült. Nincs akasztó se kabátnak, se a fürdőben a törölközőknek. A szárítót 5 főre kicsinek találtam. A székek kényelmesek, de csak kettőhöz volt ülőpárna. A konyha nagyon szép és jó, de hiányzott egy vízforraló, nem volt fazék a tésztafőzéshez és a serpenyők egy kissé elhasználtak voltak. A kapukulccsal is szenvedni kellett.

Die Unterkunft liegt in absoluter Bestlage in der Galleria Excelsior. Vom sehr kleinen Balkon aus hat man einen charmanten Blick auf die Viale Europa Unita und die Porte Vecchio – besonders abends ein echtes Highlight. Mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und insgesamt fünf gemütlichen Schlafgelegenheiten ist genug Platz für Familien oder Gruppen vorhanden. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber und gepflegt – hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Smart-TV und schneller Internetzugang sind vorhanden (tatsächlich besser als in der Beschreibung auf manchen Plattformen angegeben). Direkt unter der Unterkunft befindet sich ein sehr nettes Café – ideal für einen schnellen Espresso am Morgen oder einen entspannten Absacker am Abend.
Die unscheinbare und stark klemmende Tür am Eingang der Galleria Excelsior erschwert den Zugang und wirkt wenig einladend. Weder ein Föhn noch ein Staubsauger standen in der Wohnung zur Verfügung, was den Komfort etwas einschränkt. Es stehen keinerlei Parkplätze oder Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, was besonders mit Auto gerade in Grado eine Herausforderung darstellt.
