An apartment for a good but not exactly carefree seaside holiday

The apartment has two balcony. The town is nice. There is sandy beach with shallow water where small kids can play very well. The night is quiet after 10 PM. Pleasant temperatures even in case of bad weather. Very few flying insects. The beach is close.

Separate fee for bed linen, towels and room cleaning. Compromised cleanliness due to "cleaning by the last guest" (e.g. bed covers, tableclothes, etc.). The plughole of the shower sink did not work very well, causing flooding in the bathroom/toilet. Separate physical switches for air conditioning, water heater, and its sensor making the usage confusing. The current is not engineered to the lots of appliances in the apartment so that those blow the fuse. There is a gas hotplate but no oven in the kitchen. There is just one bucket, but there is no mop, ordinary mop bucket (for squeezing mop), and cleaning liquid although "cleaning by the last guest" - i.e. us -option offered and accepted.

Excellent apartment for a family stay near the beach.

The location was very close to beaches, resturant and supermarket. Also the apartment had AC to cool up in summer

overpriced, hidden costs, good location

-clean -location, restaurants nearby, beach nearby -relatively quiet when lucky with neighbors

-no warm blanket, we were at may there and without our sleeping bags it would have been terrible cold) -either clean apartment my oneself (insufficient cleaning stuff available) or pay 50,- Euro cleaning fee (not mentioned before booking) -no towels, no bedsheets (12,- Euro/person(!) -check in in a different location -no check in after 7 pm, left key at an envelope in front of shop stairs without telling us exactly where -check out between 9 and 10 am for us to early, given the fact that cleaning has to be done prior check out - in living room old 90th energy saving bulb, which needs 5 min to shed decent light -no elevator, was no problem as we were in 2nd floor and had small luggage, just to mention it -old 70th furniture -shower was very (!) small and we are skinny (well, more or less…;-)) overall overpriced, wouldn’t go there again

Grado is wonderful but apartment could make it much better

The apartment itself is very comfortable

All beds are horrible, there was no full mattress for couple bed only two separate and it was always running apart, nobody mentioned on booking that it will be 50€ additional charge for the cleaning , very noisy surroundings and could hear everything neighbors do in the morning , access to the parking very difficult for the low cars, dust under the beds.

Very relaxing stay at Grado.

Missing dishwasher tabs, salt, oil. But maybe I did not read description properly.

Good location close to the beach and usual amenities and a nice Saturday market right in front of the building. The fact that was pretty far from Grado was no impediment since the restaurants in the area are great (fish lovers should try Da Franco). The 2 bedroom apartment had a decent size with a terrace and a balcony while the furniture was basic.

A larger bed and tv set would be more convenient while the tiny kitchen allowed only a person at a time. The noise from neighbors is manageable but almost every day the garbage is picked around 6 AM for a rude wakeup call.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w wygodnym apartamencie w świetnej lokalizacji.

Przestronny apartament z prywatnym parkingiem . kompletnie wyposażony. Jak ktoś nie oczekuje Hiltona 5* to się nie rozczaruje. Bardzo dobrze położony. Do centralnego punktu Grado spacerkiem 10 minut.

Super zentral und Preis-Leistung Gerecht

Super Lage in die Stadt und auch zum Strand. Alles in der Nähe, Sparladen, Bäcker, Souvenir Laden etc. geräumig me Zimmer mit Balkon und auch der Balkon vom Wohnbereich super groß. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption.

Küche ausreichend jedoch kein Backofen und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Bettdecken nicht vorhanden, nur Tagesdecken die nicht zum schlafen geeignet sind. Kissen zum beziehen vorhanden.

Jó lokációval rendelkező, ár-érték arányát tekintve megfelelő szállás.

Az apartman nagy erkéllyel és saját, zárt parkolóval rendelkezik. Közel volt a strand, bevásárlási lehetőség (Despar), éttermek.

Sok szúnyog volt és az elektromos szúnyog risztóhoz nem volt biztosítva a betét. Saját takarítást vállaltunk, de nem állt rendelkezésre megfelelő tisztító eszközök (mop, tisztító szerek)

Przemiły pobyt we włoskim kurorcie

Przestronne mieszkanie z dwiema sypialniami, salonem, tarasem i balkonem. Kuchnia i łazienka małe, ale było wszystko, co potrzebne. Bardzo blisko (3 minuty pieszo) supermarket, gdzie można było kupić nawet ciepłe jedzenie na obiad czy kolację. Blisko piekarnia i sklep z warzywami od ogrodnika, w soboty targ. Panie z Agencji bardzo uprzejme, na pewno tu wrócimy:)

Appartamento perfetto per una vacanza!

Appartamento ben organizzato come spazi e completo di tutto. Lontano dal centro (ma lo sapevamo al momento della scelta) e vicinissimo alla spiaggia convenzionata. Le signore dell'agenzia molto gentili e disponibili.

Purtroppo erano rimasti in giro dei capelli non eliminati dalla pulizia precedente, per il resto appartamento pulito e tutto ok.

Sehr saubere und strandnahe Unterkunft. Supermarkt fußläufig. Es war ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, der der ganzen Familie gefallen hat. Großzügiger Balkon auf dem man mit der ganzen Familie essen kann. Im Apartment gab es eine Klimaanlage. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Personal des Vermieters war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und war gut erreichbar.

Ausstattung ist etwas altmodisch, was aber nicht so schlimm ist. Altstadt ist etwas weiter weg (circa 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß), wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann.

Tutto ottimo dal check in presso Agenzia Immobiliare Adriatica dove ho trovato cortesia e massima disponibilità all'appartamento super accogliente, completo di tutti gli accessori, ben organizzato e pulito, con parcheggio e situato in una posizione strategica vicino al mare e alle Terme di Grado..

Unica pecca lo stabile era senza ascensore

Geräumiges, sehr sauberes Appartement in guter Lage

Alles war sehr sauber, das Badezimmer sah frisch renoviert aus. Besonders schön fand ich die 2 Balkone. Reichlich Geschirr, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Eigener, dem Appartement zugeordneter Parkplatz. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Schlüsselübergabe ein paar Straßen weiter. Grosser Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, ausserdem etliche Restaurants in der Umgebung. Radweg in die Altstadt.

Kein Wasserkocher, in der Küche keine Steckdose. Kein Duschgel, kein Shampoo, keine Seife.

Ubytovanie pekné a čisté v kľudnej štvrti v peknom mestečku. Vyhradené parkovanie plus.

Čistota, dve terasy, kľudné miesto, pohodlné postele.

Chýbal gril a rúra na pečenie, slabšía výbava kuchyne. Na miestne komáre nefungovali naše ochranné prostriedky ☺
