Unfreundlicher Empfang bei der Agenzia Marina - nettes Apartment in guter und ruhiger Lage!
Es war nicht kompliziert aber die Mitarbeiterin (etwas ältere Dame) in der Agenzia war unfreundlich und arrogant. Wir mieten oft und regelmäßig - aber in in so einer herablassenden Art und Wiese wurden wir noch nie behandelt. Die anderen (jungen) Mitarbeiterin waren alle freundlich und nett.
Bei einem Preis von 1000 EUR für 5 Tage erwarte ich mir, dass ich für Handtücher und Bettlaken nicht mehr extra bezahlen muss. Eingang in der Nacht finster, weil das Außenlicht defekt war und die Türe im Schlafzimmer ist fast aus dem Rahmen gefallen. Außerdem mussten wir eine mobile Induktionsplatte verwenden weil der Induktionsherd andauernd ausgefallen ist. Über all diese Punkte weiß die Agentur schon länger Bescheid. Die verstopfte Abfluss in der Dusche wurde aber am selben Tag noch repariert.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in einem geräumigen, gut eingerichteten Appartement, in ruhiger Lage.
Schöne Unterkunft, zweckdienlich eingerichtet, das 2. Bett hatte ebenfalls hochwertigen Schlafkomfort. Optimale Lage zum Strand und in die Altstadt für uns. Freundliches Lokal für den kleinen Hunger gleich schräg gegenüber, Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Officemitarbeiter.
Evtl. eine Notfallnummer für Probleme außerhalb der Büro-Öffnungszeiten.
