Very good offer for the price, clean apartment, free parking space
The apartment was comfortable for 3 person. It was really clean, wifi worked well and we also had a free parking space behind the building. Paolo was extremely kind and he answered the messages within a short time. The apartment is located about 12-15 minutes from the historic centre and from the beach, for us it was okay.
In the living room there have been ants, but this is easily fixable.

Nettes Apartment in perfekter Lage – ideal für Strand und Altstadt.
Wir waren zu dritt in diesem Apartment und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt – in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und auch die charmante Altstadt erreicht man bequem. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich und hat uns sogar ermöglicht, deutlich früher einzuchecken, was nach unserer Anreise wirklich angenehm war. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den kostenlosen Parkplatz im Hof. Es gibt zwar nur wenige Stellplätze und man braucht etwas Glück, um einen zu ergattern, aber wenn es klappt, ist es ein echter Pluspunkt. Das Apartment war sauber und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles in allem können wir das Apartment empfehlen – ideal für alle, die einen ruhigen Rückzugsort suchen, und trotzdem in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand oder in der lebendigen Altstadt sein möchten.
Zu dritt war es natürlich etwas kuschelig, vor allem mit der ausgezogenen Couch. Etwas schade war, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur für zwei Personen vorbereitet waren – hier könnte man im Vorfeld noch besser auf die gebuchte Gästezahl achten. Wir hätten zwar problemlos noch etwas bekommen, hatten aber selbst etwas mitgebracht. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter und recht einfach; mit moderneren Möbeln und Ausstattung könnte das Apartment deutlich an Komfort gewinnen. Andererseits ist das natürlich Geschmackssache, für andere Gäste mag das kaum eine Rolle spielen.

Geruch von Chlor bei der Bettwäsche, Hunde um 5.00 Uhr morgens im Haus, kein Getränk oder Wasser im Kühlschrank, Teppiche wäre fein im Wohnzimmer, Bettmatratze und Möbel filigran

Leider war das Apartment nicht vorgeheizt (16 Grad) und der Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer hat kaum gewärmt.
