La posizione in quanto tale, è consona a quanto cercavo per il soggiorno.

La trascuratezza dell'alloggio, relativamente recente ma trascurato. Condizionatore zona giorno rumoroso e inefficace, no TV in camera, vaschetta sciacquone WC mal funzionante, tende oscuranti difficili da gestire, congelatore frigorifero completamente "impaccato" dal ghiaccio, mancanza di riferimento dell'alloggio ben contrassegnato e assegnatoci dall'agenzia sull'ingresso dell'appartamento.
