Money grab case study.
The location
Missing basic needs upon arrival e.g. toilet paper, plastic waste bags, sponge, tablets for the fish washer. This comes at nearly bo extra cost. No coffee machine. The heating was completely switched off even though it was only 17 degrees in the house (April). The thermostat and the boiler were operational, however the warm water circulation to the radiators did not work. Stains on the blankets. Mould in the small bedroom.
