A little bit more equipment would have increased the comfort (we got 1 toilet paper for the 2 toilets), some basics like coffe and salt would have been nice. But we managed to get everything in a shop close to the apartment so it was fine.

Dull apartment at a dull street lacking any character

There’s not much positives about this apartment. The fact that it’s in a relatively new building and has a nice balcony didn’t overweight it’s negatives. Passable if you’re looking for a really basic accommodation in Grado.

The apartment was clean at the arrival, but the moment you leave any food at the kitchen desk or at the table, the ants take over. Any food left on the balcony is moreover instantly overtaken by feral seagulls. The service from the agency is very limited. First, you’ll need to walk 8 minutes from the apartment to get your keys. Then, you’ll encounter a ridiculous paper bag containing 1 roll of toilet paper, a sponge, one trash bag, and a tiny washing liquid. I don’t get this culture of having to bring your own everything - from bed sheets and towels through toilet paper and dishwasher capsules to mosquito nets. Seems like back in 90s with zero customer experience. There was no sea view from our apartment, rather the constant noise from the supermarket’s AC downstairs. Overall the apartment lacks any character, is equipped with basic furniture and has limited kitchen utensils, an example being one, literally one wine glass. In one of the rooms there was a cemetery of dead insects all over the walls. The closeness from the 2nd Grado beach didn’t make up for the mentioned negatives and is definitely not worth the price.

Superb

Maisonette: There is plenty of space and you can see the sea from the balconies. The two bathrooms were really clean and offered enough space as well. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. It was also possible to put the two separated beds together, so we had like two double rooms :)

Unfortunately, a late check-out wasn’t possible.

schöne Wohnung, unterdurchschnittlicher "Service"

Schöne große Wohnung, sehr gute Lage. Und bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch sehr ruhig

Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein ohne Fenster. WLan war zwar vorhanden aber sehr schlecht. Schlüsselübergabe konnte nur in einem kurzen Zeitfenster in einer Agentur in der Innenstadt erfolgen, kein Schlüsselsafe. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten "dazu gebucht" werden für 20€ pro Person. Für den Preis hätte ich erwartet, dass die Betten bereits überzogen sind und nicht, dass ich das gesamte Paket in einer großen Plastiktüte einmal quer durch Grado tragen muss um die Betten dann selbst zu überziehen. Als "Willkommensgeschenk" gab es einen Spülschwamm und ein kleines Fläschchen Spüli ;-)

die Lage des Appartements, die Grösse und der Komfort des Appartements. alles war sehr sauber! wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt

Schlüsselübergabe zu fixen Zeiten bei einer Agentur im Zentrum von Grado was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist
