Location was great. Apartment has 2 floors and 2 toillets.
There was only basic equipment - no microvawe, no towels and bed linen (only for fee), no stuff at kitchen - coffee, water, oil, salt, sugar...like nothing. We got 1 kitchen towel, 1 toilet paper and 1 sponge. And thats it. We travel a lot and we never were in a apartment with nothing. Another unpleasant experience was when the air conditioning broke and we found a lot of water in the room. Suitcases and backpacks that were on the ground were completely soaked. The agency's reaction was that we should pour water from the container on the balcony... why was it not ready? Overall, we didn't feel that it was clean there.

Schöner Aufenthalt, Apartment in guter Lage, Schwierigkeiten mit der Vermietungs-Agentur
Die Lage, kleiner Balkon auf die Straße,
* die Klima leitet die Flüssigkeit in einen Kanister (20l) der fast täglich zu leeren ist - nur wird das nicht kommuniziert, die Agentur ruft nur an und weist (zweifelhaft freundlich) an, dass der Kanister zu leeren ist. (BTW: Klima nur in Schlafzimmern, sonst keine Klima) * im Bad im Obergeschoss kein Warmwasser * ebenso hat die Agentur angerufen, dass fremde Leute Nachmittags in der Unterkunft waren (2 befreundete Kinder + Eltern für ca 1,5 Stunden), und weist darauf hin, dass sich nur die Mieter im Apartment aufhalten dürfen. Auch wurde uns von der Agentur vorgeworfen wir hätten Partys veranstaltet- nur waren wir da nachweislich woanders - außerdem schwer mit 2 kleinen Kindern. * Backrohr und Geschirrspüler = Sicherung fällt ( muss man dann mal suchen - Info wäre nett gewesen) * Stunden nach dem Checkout ruft die Agentur an es wäre ein Pizza-Fleck auf dem Fliesenboden und dieser daher zerstört. Wir mögen den Schaden ersetzen - auf die Anmerkung wir bezweifeln dass wir das Apartment schmutzig hinterlassen hätten und dass wir uns nicht vorstellen können, dass es Pizza-Fleck nicht von einer Fliese zu reinigen sei wurde uns mit einer ‚negativen Bewertung auf booking‘ gedroht, dass niemand mehr unser Buchungen annehmen werde. Nachdem uns das auch kalt lies wurde das Gespräch beendet. * die €90 für die Endreinigung müssen übrigens in bar gezahlt werden. Kurz: die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war mM nach nicht ganz optimal - man hatte eher den Eindruck dankbar sein zu müssen, dass an einem vermietet wird.
