Breakfast was delicious. Owner very friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Plenty of facilities available at extra cost.
Parking was useful and reasonably priced.
Location was dreadful.Drove right past it to begin with,as didn't think it would have been right next to a dual carriageway. Very noisy as traffic whizzing by constantly.
Reserved a table for 3 course evening meal. Very expensive compared to prices in restaurants.

The central location.
The arrival and entry arrangements were very unclear. Access to the Wi Fi was also unclear and needed a phone call to find out access arrangements.
