Excellent 2 nights stay in an all what I needed place.

Excellent stay - Very Clean - Functional Room (Shower + Kitchen + Coffee Machine + Table to work on) - Excellent Location (In the main city buzz itself) - Excellent Check In (Self Service) - Nice touch with regards to coffee top up supplied in the morning. The price was excellent - Loved it.

Not particularly good.

Room only no food offered, No kettle to boil water to make tea or coffee, No basins and spoons for breakfast cereal. The battery in the smoke alarm needs replacing as it pinged off an on during the night. Street noise did not abate until about 1am. Chairs one big one small, Table not fit for purpose-too small for adults to eat. The decor was good.

Beautiful central apartment

The town itself is wonderful and well worth a visit. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive which was welcome. It is very central to explore the old part of town.

Couple of minor points. I would have liked their introductory email to explain a bit about the address/nature of the parking. The local parking spot, which is recommended, is free after 5pm to 9am, but then you need to feed the meter. Our French is not fantastic and it took a while to work this out. I'd have welcomed the wifi code being included in the introductory email too, plus being displayed more prominently in the bedroom area. Maybe make the location of the spare toilet roll a bit more obvious (but this is probably my lack of observation)! Tiny points which would be easily addressed and make future visitors happier.

A Place to Stay in the Old Town

It was a nice, comfortable room with a great shower located in the old town. About an 18 minute walk from the train station. There is a common kitchen for the rooms.

We arrived about 8:00pm and noticed there wasn’t any toilet paper. Luckily, with a little searching we found a store that was still open.

Éclairage trop fort il manque une lampe plus tamisée celle qui est orange ne fonctionne pas bien ça clignote (défaut). La machine à café n'a pas été rincé après détartrage donc café imbuvable dommage.

Logement pour une nuit étape, j'y serais resté toute la semaine. De grands espaces, un vrai appartement avec des équipements et beaucoup d'attention à l'intention des voyageurs. Un lit plus grand qu'un King size et tout aussi confortable. Une décoration recherchée dans le style des murs et du parquet. un petit saut dans le passé. Un immeuble calme, une rue encore plus et pourtant si proche des centres d'intérêt de Bourges. Cathédrale, marché couvert, rues piétonnes, etc.

Logement très agréable dans un immeuble ancien. Evitez si vous avez beaucoup de bagages.

L'équipement est adapté, la salle de bains est nickel, le lit confortable.

La localisation doit être sympa l'été, sous la pluie avec un stationnement un peu éloigné, c'était un peu galère. La température est un peu juste et il faut avoir un BTS pour modifier les paramètres (+1 ou2°) de la télécommande.

Saleté et froid, une mauvaise expérience.

La personne que j'ai eue au téléphone à été réactive quand j'ai dit que le lit était très sale et la chambre glaciale. Elle m'a changé de chambre.

Le lit était très sale (miettes et tâches de sang frais). İl y avait une capsule Nescafé au fond du lavabo de la salle de bains. İl faisait très froid et le chauffage était bloqué pour qu'on ne puisse pas réchauffer la pièce en cette nuit glacée de novembre. Malgré son nom "Le Zola", ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une sorte de Rbnb : digicode et pas de réception à qui s'adresser en cas de problème, ni de petit-déjeuner.

Excellent séjour à Bourges

La résidence Le Zola est idéalement située , en plein cœur de la ville de Bourges . C'est un immeuble ancien mais très récemment réaménagé et touts les équipements sont neufs et la déco de très bon goût . Nous étions un groupe de 6 répartis sur 3 chambres et nous avons pu bénéficier des espaces communs en toute liberté ... La propriétaire nous a même très gentiment laissé un peu plus de temps le matin pour libérer les chambres ...

Nous avons dit à la propriétaire que ce serait bien qu'elle rajoute simplement une bouilloire dans la cuisine ... visiblement elle ne veut pas pour des raisons d'hygiène ??? Nous n'avons pas compris mais bon .. ce n'est qu'un détail ...

Emplacement au top, par rapport à mon lieu de rendez-vous du lendemain ; informations sur ouverture parfaites ; belle surprise de découvrir cette petite maison et ces petits appartements, avec le plancher en bois, j'adore ; ambiance très chaleureuse ; cuisine avenante, même si je n'en avais pas besoin ; agréable aussi la machine à café qui faisait aussi bouilloire pour le thé ; literie hyper confortable ; salle de bain très douce aussi ; je recommande ce lieu à mon contact à la mairie qui gère une agence réceptive et qui ne connaissait pas le Zola

Hôtel bien située, très propre. Sans accueil, ni petit déjeuner.

J'ai pu apprécier la situation géographique, très bien placée. La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain. La décoration très zen, bien agréable après une longue route.

Etrange (pour moi) d'arriver dans un hôtel sans accueil.. Et aucune indication extérieure indiquant l'hôtel, j'ai dû demandé au coiffeur à côté si c'était bien un hôtel... Problème la nuit avec le détecteur de bruit. Dés que je me retournais dans le lit une lumière s'allumait sur le palier et donnait un rayon lumineux dans l'encadrement de la porte de ma chambre... Pas de petit déjeuner, surprise très désagréable. 2 sachets de thé, 2 de café, une bouilloire. Une petite cuisine aménagée pour se faire un petit déjeuner à condition d'avoir fait ses courses.
