A great location right in the centre of town. Room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. A terrrific choice for a few nights in Whitley Bay.

For our 3 night stay, first time in the area, the location was perfect.
A good choice of bars restaurants and shops were close by.
The Dunes hotel was good and clean for the price.
The staff were very welcoming...
Bathroom needed complete overhaul, decor in general needed attention.
