Sea front location. Buffet breakfast each morning in a lovely dining room.
Draughty windows in the bedroom. Very cramped in the WC with me having long legs! No wi-fi but that wasn't really an issue gor me.

It was easy to find and I was able to park at the front. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful and the bed was comfortable. I got a little cold but there was a blanket available in the wardrobe.
A little more care could be taken on cleaning the room (the headboard was discoloured, the remote control had physical dirt on it, and the blanket could be washed)
I was given my key but had to ask where the room was. The curtain (singular) does not cover the window and the pole is not straight. No instruction was given about breakfast, I had to find where it was and once there I had to ask for coffee as no one came to tell me how it worked.

Staff were FANTASTIC! So helpful and kind. Helped with WiFi (guest very weak so had staff WiFi), extra duvet and carrying bags. Breakfast great and again staff so lovely!
No plug by bed or desk/dressing table. Very dated room. Not enough bedding BUT as above lovely lovely staff sorted that. Very cheap hotel I know but having these things in room quite basic!
