Hotel needs a bit of investment in general looks a bit tired noise from nightclub across road was awful until the small hours

Decided not to have breakfast due to bad reviews on line and our overall impression of hotel.
Hotel very dated, needs ugrading, repairs needed in lots of areas, stains on walls and roof in our room although beds were clean and comfortable.
