Clean, clear instructions
No staff around for a friendly chat or to ask for extra t-bag etc, and only one towell left out for the two of us.

Wendy and Kerry are both so lovely and helpful. Location is perfect, a few mins walk from bars and restaurants and just a 5-10 min walk to the metro. Beach 5 mins away too. Comfy beds and 3 toilets so more than enough to go round. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Whitley Bay.
