Was in a great position, was lovely to stay in an old style guesthouse that was beautifully presented.
The roosting seagulls… but they were everywhere, so nothing that Paul could control

Cosy guest house within walking distance of the promenade. Room was a good size with comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent
Parking was challenging. Very busy road for parked cars.

Great location, super host, good size room, clean and tidy
The mattress was quite lumpy. Bathroom needed some TLC. Shower had fluctuating water temperature
