Comfortable room - close to the Whitley Bay Parkrun.
Great location, short walk from the start of the Whitley Bay Parkrun. The owner, Jackie was very nice and helpful in providing local knowledge. The room was warm and the bed was clean and comfortable.
I didn't dislike anything. The accommodation suited our needs for a short two night break.

Very central, clean and comfortable
It has been my 3rd stay at The Pines. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The metro, beach, restaurants, shops are only a few steps away.
This time I had very noisy neighbours.

The guest house was ok for our trip as we were visiting family and just slept at the guest house.
Location. Quiet. Clean, comfy bed. Nice tray of tea, coffee and biscuits. Good TV.
Generally outdated. Room needed a good clean, skirting boards very dirty and window needed cleaning. No lock on bathroom door. No plug in sink. Light over sink didn’t work. Bedroom needs new carpet.

Superb location near the sea
I loved everything about my stay so close to the sea. The accommodation was so comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee etc Clean bedroom with separate shower and sink. Everything spotless could not fault the guest house. It was great value for money and Jackie the host was lovely.

Very lovely relaxing weekend.
Very relaxed and homely jacky the owner was very helpful and polite lovely lady.
The shared toilet was a bit of an inconvenience but nothing to stop us from returning for another visit 😊
