Absolute pleasurable stay, will most certainly return!! Loved it!!!

Attention to detail with everything and the choice of beverage to suit all. Parking easy and local shops such as coop nearby.

Location was perfect, exactly where we wanted to be. Breakfast was delicious, coffee refills and fresh orange. View from our room (top floor) was incredible, morning coffee sat in the window watching the waves and the world go by. Perfect way to start the day.

Previously stayed there so knew what we were going to Very conveniently placed for the sea front, bars and restaurants and the play house

The smell of cooking came through the corridors as the doors were left open to the breakfast room and kitchen

Really lovely stay - great value for money

Great location for Whitley bay and Tynemouth. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Room was large which plenty of storage. Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked, with lots of options.

A quick trip to Whitley Bay 😊

The guesthouse host was a lovely,pleasant friendly lady,the guesthouse itself was lovely and clean,,breakfast was lovely we had a full English,cereal and pot of tea,the location was great too being just across the road from the sea and close to the shops.I'd happily stay here again.

We had a warm welcome and managed to have an early check in which was really helpful. Our room had amazing views and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

General a relaxing few days with friendly staff on arrival and at breakfast.

Location was good and so was the selection for breakfast.

We were disappointed that the room was not serviced during our 4 night stay, specifically there was no spare toilet roll and no replacement left in the room. Also there was no local information folder in the room.

Good enough!

The location is great. Maria the owner is lovely and attentive as is the lady who works alongside her who's name I didn't catch. Ours was a very last minute booking and we got the attic room which was rather small but adequate for us. Breakfast was pretty good with a friendly ambience.

Clean, friendly well located B&B that was adequate for one night, bur room too small for longer stay

Star of the breakfast was a,burrito filled with scrambled egg, bacon, cheese and tomato. Ceral choice was limited and there was no fruit, either fresh or tinned, no yogurt or Kevin, but there was orange juice. Coffee was excellent Friendly and efficient owner Sea view and opening window ( darker dormer - attic room)

Room was too small.Mostly filled with bed. Nowhere to put my medium size backpack other than on the other side of the bed ( couple couldn't have done that) or in front of door. Bedside lamp didn't work and anyway was too low for reading. No fire escape information See above section re breakfast

i have booked two rooms, one was really good and clean, the other was good two, just there was one pillow was heavily stained, it was fine as there were other pillows, and hopefully this would not happen again as we do will go back! it was a super good guesthouse overall

Fabulous place, wonderful staff, great location, most amazing breakfast

Location fabulous, fantastic sea views. Ideal for dog owners as amazing walks just over the road. Room clean and comfortable with hidden extras, iron, kettle, teas, coffees and biscuits. Breakfast amazing 10/10, and our dogs were spoilt with their own bowls of sausage and toast (our little dog refused his own breakfast because he wanted to go downstairs for the one they gave him). Super friendly and lovely staff, where nothing is a problem, and they give you their time for a chat.

Nothing to do with the b and b, but thought I should mention it, but query one of other guests smoking weed in the evening, which wafted quite heavily in our room. Looked out on landing but couldn't work out where it was coming from, but super strong. Not great when you have a 15 year old.
