location and terrace. close to where we wanted to be. beautiful view with very large entertaining space.
space was sparse but functional. very basic breakfast and morning drinks. Given not a hotel with breakfast it would be nice to have a coffee machine with pods and larger refrigerator for self provided items

Comfortable, clean and a great view
The location was noisy with traffic in the morning. The breakfast unfortunately was inadequate.

Such a gorgeous unique accomodation, and perfectly located for exploring the Sassi. The room was spotless and quiet, cold beverages and snacks were provided, and it was very reasonably priced. Giacomo welcomed us graciously and responded quickly to all of our communications before and during our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

The terrace was beautiful and in a central location
Traffic during all hours of the night. Room was very basic, with breakfast options being very minimal. Broken glass door going out to the terrace.
