Amazing location close to the surf, we had a lovely balcony with view and they have great boards for rent. Comfy beds!

The room is noisy, you can hear a lot of noise from the staff or from other guests talking outside. I miss some soap in the shower or at least to wash hands

Was expecting a beach town but more suited for surfers.

Location is good but a swimming beach is further away. Might be better suited for surfers? The restaurant next door provides excellent food and service.

The room was very cramped. We tried to upgrade to a bigger room but the owner/staff was not very cooperative. There is no breakfast provided despite it being mentioned on booking site.

Very good value for money. Great rooftop terrace and views from there and third floor rooms. Really friendly and hard working staff. One or two minute walk to the best surf break.

there was confusion about the payment as booking.com says that you pay before hand through the app but then when you arrive they want you to pay again at the reception. it is also very loud at night with cars and the mosque.

Perfect, down to the last detail. Agus is the GOAT

It was perfect in every aspect. Best breakfast I’ve had so far in Bali. Rooms are nice (even though I personally prefer an actual duvet instead of just sheets) and you slept like a baby. Was literally a one minute walk from medewi point, and the surf there is just always great. But the absolute best point is Agus. He’s the owner, and he is simply the best. Offered surf lessons, bike rides, and just talked with you a lot. He really gave you the time of day, just like the rest of his staff. They could fix goddamn anything.

we book for ocean view but was offered a room without a window and no terrace or whatsoever. The properly is very small. No parking for a car. Not suitable for long stay. So we had to leave the property as it was impossible for us to sleep there given the condition.

Location is amazing. 1 min walk to surf beach Medewi. Clean room, yummy breakfast, nice staff! Very cool place overall!

For 350k a night, which is not the cheapest place you find in bali, there should be at least soap for washing hands and shampoo or shower gel included, it was not.. we got some after asking but they said literally it's not included. The mosk started turning on its speakers at 4:30am, for about half an hour screaming so loud, that probably the entire town woke up... I will never understand why they have to wake everyone up, despite their religion. If Muslim want to pray, fine. But do they need to turn speakers on all around the village or town so everyone has to hear that miles away at 4:30 am? Yeah this is out of control for the hotel, so no blame on them, but maybe someone reading this who is sensitive to noise when sleeping can at least prepare accordingly 😉

It was amazing!!!

This is the best place! The best thing that could happen to me. First: Agus (the owner) is the most welcoming and friendly person. He can show you the spot and tell you everything about it and give a lesson in surfing. It is clean, very comfortable rooms and everything is created for the life of a surfer. the whole environment around surfing. Also here are delicious breakfasts and good internet. welcome staff. The price / quality ratio is excellent! it's definitely worth it! I found this place by accident and I was lucky! but if you are reading this review - you should come here without hesitation.

Fantastic place to stay

Affordable accommodation surprisingly well made. Spacious bedroom with good furniture, balcony on each floor with views, so close to surf and awesome breakfast served as well. Super nice people running the place. Agus and his team went above and beyond to keep the guests happy. Agus is really funny and a fantastic surf instructor, I went surfing with him every day for a week and had a great time. Will definitely be back!

I've been surfing in Indo for over a month and this place has been my favourite place by far. I will definitely come back and stay here next time. Fantastic location, could see the inside of the point break from the room and only a stone's throw from the paddle out. Agus and the staff were fantastic, Agus even drove me to Gilimanuk with my boards to catch the ferry! Legend! Great recommendations on where to eat and exploring. If you haven't bought your own boards you can rent them from Agus and he is a surf coach also. This is the place to stay if you're surfing in Medewi, stay here you won't regret it.
