La Palazzina

Great place to stay, we enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings, views of Toskana and Jacuzzi. Rooms are big, its very comfortable inside the house and in the terrace even in +32C. I grilled everyday. And we took Jacuzzi in the evening while watching the moon and stars.

Nothing special. But be ready to use a car on regular basis - upto 10-15mins for everything you need though.

A Ház különleges helyezkedést ! gyönyörű, hangulatos a kert , igazi Tuscany 😍Minden megvolt a mire van szükségünk, látszik hogy a tulaj mindenre gondoskodik a kerttől kezdve a házban való felszerelésig, nagyon jól éreztünk magunkat pár nap alatt. Vissza fogunk térni majd.

Kicsit messze van midentől, de ettől még varázslat lehet a család vagy nagy tagságnak!

La Palazzina is set in a garden with the most stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. It’s both secluded & peaceful and a car is essential. The host, David, was so helpful in every way possible, especially as we were travelling with a young baby. Having been bitten by mosquitos in the previous days, we were so grateful for the mosquito blinds on every window so did not get one bite. The ceiling fans are also a lovely addition.

Nothing to dislike, but do note that life is lived upstairs and you need to be able to manage the staircase to carry stuff up and down to the garden. It is wide & has bannisters. I am especially sensitive as I’ve had 2 ankle reconstructions but managed ok. Only tiny negative is water pressure in showers is not good.

Das Landhaus glänzte mit seinem Charm und der außergewöhnlichen Lage. Wo man auch hinschaute, war alles liebevoll dekoriert. Mitten in der Natur erlaubte der Garten einen herrlichen Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Abends entspannten wir im Whirlpool und zählten die Sterne. In nur 15min ist man im Zentrum von Siena. Supermärkte gab es in Rosia als auch Sovicille-beides in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung im Haus war zweckmäßig und regionentypisch. In der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden bis hin zum Geschirrspüler. Beinahe schade, dass wir aufgrund unserer vielen Ausflüge das Haus mit all seinen heimeligen Plätzen viel zu wenig genießen konnten. David war ein perfekter Gastgeber. Pünktlich empfing er uns am Treffpunkt, zeigte uns alles im Haus und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für diverse Ausflüge abseits der Touristenströme.
