the wifi only worked in one room. there was no duvet cover - instead the duvet was wrapped in a large sheet that came undone very easily.

The double bed in the main bedroom was big and comfortable.

The beds in the other bedroom were not comfortable, one was like a kid’s bed and the other like a temporary foldable one. The pictures in the website are probably of the hotel rooms and not of the apartments

Rummelig, velindrettet lejlighed i hjertet af den historiske bydel.

Beliggenheden i centrum af den historiske del af Colle di Val d'Elsa var fantastisk. Der var samtidig roligt og ingen støj. Lejligheden var pænt og funktionelt indrettet, og ville man det, kunne man bruge pool, gå i spa og spise i restauranten. Vi besøgte familie i området og gjorde derfor ikke brug af de ekstra ydelser.

Jamen, der er ikke noget, hotellet kunne have gjort hverken bedre eller anderledes.

Prima accommodatie met luxe faciliteiten bij het hotel.

Het is een groot appartement met twee goede slaapkamers. Zwembad bij het hotel inclusief en de locatie zijn erg fijn. Fijne restaurants en gratis parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Luikjes voor de ramen om het donker te maken met slapen. 24uurs receptie. Schoonmaak eens in de week met nieuwe handdoeken.

Appartement redelijk sober in vergelijking met de luxe van het hotel. Badkamer rook niet fris bij aankomst. Bank is oud en zit een hoes omheen. Matrassen erg stevig, voor mijn rug niet fijn. Voor ons gebruik prima, al met al een fijn verblijf.

Een prima appartement vlakbij in het oude centrum. Het zwembad van het hotel (gratis te gebruiken) is prachtig.

De airconditioning zit alleen in de woonkamer en niet in de slaapkamers. Er zijn wel ventilatoren in de slaapkamers. Er is geen lift in het gebouw.

Séjour en famille

Appartement spacieux, propre, agréable. L’accueil se fait à la réception de l’hôtel, personnel très sympathique. L’hôtel se trouve dans la même rue que l’appartement à 10 mètres l’un de l’autre. Très jolie piscine dont nous avons profité en fin d’après midi, elle est ouverte de 9h à 20h. Le parking public et gratuit est situé dans la rue parallèle. Un parking dépose-bagage est situé dans la rue. Nous avons visité San Gimignano et Voltera à proximité.

Appartamento in centro storico con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, fornito di tutto il necessario. La piscina ed il solarium sono un plus molto gradito. Struttura consigliatissima

La lavastoviglie avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia approfondita, in quanto il calcare presente lascia le stoviglie rovinate tanto da sembrare ancora sporche di cibo degli ospiti precedenti.

Soggiorno perfetto per Capodanno, da rifare assolutamente!!

L'appartamento era ben curato e con tutto il necessario, letto comodo e prodotti da bagno in abbondanza e calcolati sulle notti del nostro soggiorno. La cucina era dotata di lavastoviglie (cosa non scontata) e avevamo tutto l'occorrente per pulire (detersivo, disinfettante, pezzette). Tutto davvero bello e comodo, anche il vicinissimo Parcheggio Fornacina (gratuito), nonché i servizi della Spa dell'hotel di cui abbiamo usufruito e che si trova proprio nel palazzo di fianco agli appartamenti: dalla reception alla sala massaggio siamo stati seguiti con cura e gentilezza, ci sono stati illustrati i vari tipi di massaggio in maniera meticolosa e, scelto il massaggio aromaterapico di coppia di 50', ci è stato fatto scegliere l'aroma che preferivamo; nei 50' di massaggio, poi, solo silenzio, musica rilassante e luci soffusissime (cosa ormai rara in molte spa e centri massaggi). Davvero ottimi servizi, torneremo volentieri!!

Appartamento un po' buio, per via dell'affaccio su una sorta di cortile interno, ma niente di preoccupante calcolando che siamo stati poco in casa. Cucina con pensili un po' unti (mentre le stoviglie erano praticamente perfette) e difficilmente pulibili con i prodotti in dotazione, ma anche qui nulla che abbia compromesso il nostro soggiorno.
