Portion of a restored farmhouse located in a small hamlet at the end of a century-old cypress tree lined avenue, about one km from the delightful medieval village of Colle Val d'Elsa, but in open countryside, overlooking the famous towers of San Gimignano from the windows. garden with built-in barbecue and space for outdoor dining.
The apartment has a magnificent kitchen, relaxation area and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and wooden ceiling beams and old parquet floors, ideal for your holidays.
The linen is not included in the rental price and can be rented on request on site at a price of 15 euros per person. Heating, if used and in the periods of the year in which it is allowed to use it by law, has a cost of 1.50 euro per cubic meter.

sehr schön gelegener ehemalige Bauernhof it geschmackvoll eingerichteter Wohnung; Garten mit schattiger Laube inkl. Tisch, Stühlen, Liegestühlen und Barbecue. Vom Schlafzimmerstockwerk Blick auf die Türme von San Gimignano; wir haben uns in dieser von Natur umgebenen großzügigen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Anmerkung: die nächste Kaffeebar ist 15 min zu Fuss in gemächlichem Tempo entfernt, also gut machbar :-)

Mooie Toscaanse woning, goeie uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Siena, Pisa, Volterra,... Vriendelijke ontvangst. Communicatie vlot. Nette woning. Wifi niet fantastisch

House is great, no doubt. On arrival we had to pay the refund in cash. No reaction what so ever from owners on our requests for a pay back. To bad ! Also they should write on their home away page that you have to pay extra for linnen.
