Independent apartment, in a 19th century building, space, brightness and comfort that you cannot imagine: room A, a double and a single bed, floral decorations on the ceiling, terracotta flooring, 1950s style furniture - room B, twin single beds, icing painted wall, 50s liberty style furniture - bedroom C, one double bed, painted ceiling finishes, wall with tapestry of mt. 4 - 2 bathrooms with shower and all services - room Kitchen with fireplace equipped with appliances - Living room with floral decorated ceiling, painted floor, wall with tapestry, 8-seater cherry wood table, classic sofa and 60's style furniture - Terrace solarium, panoramic relax view, LIVABLE, equipped - courtyard for pets space parking space / motorbike inside the structure with automatic gate, a stone's throw away all the services REQUIRED. ONLY!!! in the village we have olimpia .it swimming pool with range of diving boards, of various heights up to 10 meters. ; distance 10 minutes walk from the house. You have to live it to appreciate it and you will find everything I told you !!!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over the valley, in a gorgeous hilltop town. Bakery opposite sold delicious products. Hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming and offer a truly amazing home cooked meal should you wish.

This was an amazing property! The hosts were always available to answer questions or help when needed. The home itself was a very large place. Plenty of light with its windows over the front street with a balcony as well as out the back over the Tuscan countryside which had a very large patio. Colle is a mixture of the original medieval town where the home was and then down the hill was a newer modern area with every amenity you would ever need. Everything you would need is an easy walk of only a few minutes from the home, or you can drive if you don’t want to walk. Plenty of restaurants for dining all day long. The hosts, Alessandro and Liliana, were very welcoming from the initial reservation through check out when we left. Great communication made the entire stay very easy. We felt like family when we left, they treated us so nicely. We want to return in the future for a longer stay.

The appartement was very well equipped, we did not miss anything. There is a lot of space in the appartement itself and the terrace invites to spend some time there after a daytrip. The host was always super-friendly and helpful and we could contact him whenever necessary. The car could be parked securely on the property. The center of the historic city is nearby and other interesting places and cities can be reached very well.
Some traffic noise disturbed a little bit but all in all we were very satisfied! We would rate the place at 4,9 out of 5 stars.
