Amazing stay

Very large and clean house. The area is very central.you can get to Siena or San Gimignano in 20 minutes. The village of Colle is amazing as well!! The house offers everything and Leonardo is an amazing host. Pet friendly flat as well, which is very important.

For us to travel With our cat Duman was so pleasant by Leonardo.. .spacious place for him to run.

Even It Is worth to see the place just to meet a person like Leonardo; such a Golden Heart! Besides as a bonus you have a place so clean so tidy..to reach Siena Is no issue even better cause you see the panaromic Tuscany on the way .

Geräumiges Apartment mit großen Zimmern in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt. Gepflegter Zustand, sehr sauber und ruhig, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche und Bad. Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der perfekte Ort für einen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und touristisch nicht überlaufenen Stadt.Von mir eine vorbehaltlose Empfehlung!

Leonardo è un ottimo padrone di casa, presente e cordiale L'appartamento era ben pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario Ottima la posizione centrale, dalla quale si può raggiungere facilmente le località vicine

L'unica cosa NI, che abbiamo dovuto gestire insieme al proprietario, è il riscaldamento, al quale ci si deve affidare a lui che gestisce tramite sua applicazione Noi abbiamo trovato delle giornate freschine anche piovose e umide, e il riscaldamento rientra nel soggiorno, quindi dovrebbe essere a necessità di chi ci sta dentro e in autonomia, senza dover mandare ogni volta un messaggio per accenderlo un'ora prima o un grado in più, le persone possono avere anche motivazioni di salute che non gradiscono riferire sentendosi a disagio, per voler rimanere al caldino anche tutto il giorno in giornate piovose in vacanza

Spazioso ed economico

Posizione comoda a due passi dal centro di Colle alta, parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Il self check in è molto comodo, dando la possibilità di arrivare anche tardi. L'appartamento è pulito, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno, Leonardo molto disponibile e in casa potete trovare delle guide con indicazioni turistiche e luoghi dove mangiare. Molto economico e buon punto di partenza per visitare Certaldo, Poggibonsi, Monteriggioni, tutti i borghi della Val d'Elsa e anche Siena.
