We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The villa’s location is truly perfect—just minutes from the beautiful city of Siena, yet peacefully set among the nearby villages, making it ideal for relaxing while also enjoying easy daily excursions.
The apartment is a charming countryside retreat: spotless, bright, and thoughtfully maintained. The highlight was definitely the stunning terrace, where we enjoyed breathtaking views over the vineyards—simply unforgettable!
Christina and Claudio were exceptional hosts—always kind, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more special.

The location for my Italian course was great. We were in the countryside, although wereable to be in the Siena main streets within 10 minutes. We enjoyed the private roof top.
The internet was dodgy for a day, although te hosts were on it right away.

Our stay at Villa il Borghetto was truly exceptional. We stayed for two nights while visiting Siena and from the very beginning everything exceeded our expectations. Shortly after we made our reservation, Cristina and Claudio contacted us via WhatsApp to ask if we needed any information or assistance, which immediately made us feel very welcome.
Throughout our stay they were incredibly kind and helpful, giving us great tips about the main sights in Siena and recommending some fantastic local restaurants.
The villa itself is beautiful, spotless and very well maintained. The garden, balcony and the view are absolutely stunning and create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The location is also perfect as a base for exploring the region – whether you plan to travel north or south, or just want to visit center of Siena, everything is easily reachable.
We would highly recommend Villa il Borghetto to anyone visiting Siena and we would love to stay here again in the future.
We only stayed two nights, so the only downside was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy this beautiful place.
