This property is gorgeous and the stay here was amazing! Our room had the private terrace and we had breakfast out there the next morning! I can’t tell you how picturesque, stunning and just plain peaceful our breakfast was out in the terrace! The morning fog covered the valley, all you could see were the church steeples peaking through, you heard the nice old ladies talking in the streets below while going out for morning bread, the birds were tweeting and cooing. I’m serious here, it was a thing! The building is ancient but well done and modernized! The bathroom was perfect! Great shower, plenty of room, well remodeled. The room was like being out of time. I felt like a time traveler. The parking situation was actually really easy. Essentially they set up a garage spot down in the town outside the walled city. They park your car down there for 30 Euro and they drive you up to the hotel. You never know what to expect before you go but the guy that owns the garage was super nice, and our ride up was about 7 minutes into the walled city, right to the door, and perfect!! It was super easy to put the garage address into the GPS and drive right to it. We waited about 5 to 7 minutes for the driver to come back from the previous drop off. The garage services multiple hotels and B&B’s so they just keep going up and back. We waited about 8 minutes for the ride back down once we checked out. Just email the front desk and tell you you need parking and they’ll set it up, no worries.

We arrived after leaving our car with a valet service that was driving it. They claimed to be insured. But never presented me with any papers. When we arrived we were presented with a very tired room. The next morning I was curious about the other rooms when the manager showed me a spectacular room that had been vacant and I saw posted on Expedia a couple of days before for much less than I paid!! Needless to say not impressed!

Lovely property, beautiful view overlooking Siena. Great breakfast. However, please be aware that if you come by car that this property is in a restricted car zone. The owners of the hotel arranged for a chauffeur of a local Valet Garage who was permitted to drive us with our luggage to and from the property in our car. Unfortunately this driver did incur a rather steep traffic violation ticket we were stuck with and had to pay for ourselves. Communication with the hotel regarding this matter has been poor.

We had an amazing time the property is so beautiful. Joanna went above and beyond to help us after our tour we had booked was cancelled. The room was cleaned so well during our stay and the breakfast was delicious and so beautifully served in the sitting room. The terrace has the most amazing view and drinking wine there in the afternoon was a highlight. The staff arranged a taxi for us and the option for an early breakfast at the bar next door was very convenient. This was definitely a five star stay with beautiful accommodation in a great location and excellent service.

Beautiful view, great location, amazing balcony, good breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful/friendly staff, remodeled & clean bathroom, nice size room, elevator, parking, clear instructions and easy check-in/check-out. The only small suggestion to become perfection is to update the room furniture & decor a little with a nice balance between new and old. Thank you for hosting us; we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is simply unmatchable, it's easily less than 5 minutes walking from all of Siena's most relevant landmarks. I booked the panoramic suite and the name really does it justice, although there was a terrace right above the room that remained accessible 24/7 that was a delight to be at whilst having a chat and enjoying the view. It is located at the restricted traffic area, but they arranged for me both the parking and the transfer to/from the hotel.

The best feature of the room is it’s location, which is important in Siena. The room is in a 13th century building and is traditionally decorated. It is very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

Beautiful room in historical palazzo. We were well taken cared of by the friendly staff. The location could’ve been better. It is a stones throw from Siena’s breathtaking cathedral and walking distance from everything else. The parking solution - a valet service - was perfect. My husband was leased that he did not have to drive into central Siena.

Our room had the best view I think we have ever had over the Tuscan countryside and part of Siena. Staff were excellent, polite and helpful. Room and bed were excellent. The sitting room and breakfast area stunning. Great food and shops just outside the door and sights all close by. Parking like all old walled cities is difficult but arranged by hotel for Valet service to and from hotel with bags via a parking service. Extra of course. Overall excellent. Should try here!

Loved this property. Charming old world style in the heart of the city. We had a lovely room (blue room) which had a spectacular bathroom. Also had a lovely common area. Walking distance to everything! Staff was also very acvomodating.

Absolutely beautiful property and a really unique experience. I imagine this was someone's very large apartment at some stage, and is now a lovely hotel. An ancient stone flagged staircase with 17th century statue takes you up to the hotel (there is also a tiny lift). Inside there is a large, comfortable sitting room and separate dining room all furnished with personal items, original paintings and family photos and the most amazing painted ceilings. Our bedroom was nice, small and very comfortable with a high quality bathroom with rain shower. Breakfast was very good, which you order the night before. Thoroughly recommend. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I loved that I could WhatsApp the hotel front desk for anything, the lady with the glasses is the sweetest and even lent me her own umbrella when it was raining! Location is unbeatable, right in the middle of Siena a block from the duomo. Felt super safe at all times and I loved the building it’s in. I stayed in two different rooms and absolutely loved it

Awesome, royalty-like palace in Sienna’s old city. It has been by far and large our favorite place to stay during a week long trip to Tuscany, Chianti and the area. Cristina was very nice and welcoming, and upgraded us to the fabulous Roses Ansidonia room which has panoramic view of the city, but we’ve seen the other rooms and each was remarkable by its own way. Daniella was very helpful too. Breakfast in the sitting room had been a once in a lifetime experience (at least until we come back here). Highly recommended.

Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy.

We completely enjoyed the luxury of this special, intimate boutique hotel. Charming, very beautifully decorated with a great deal of thought, care and attention to every detail. The furniture, very impressively, includes solid wood antiques, again, beautifully chosen and very well restored. The ceiling height in our room was remarkable, as was its Murano chandelier. Service was individualized and professional.

This is a gorgeous small hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet. There is no front desk person 24/7, but the staff goes above and beyond. I needed a cab to get to the train station at a time when no one was at the front desk and was able to what's app one of the front desk staff to get my taxi when they weren't working. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Siena.
