Great location, nice spacious rooms and a very friendly host. access to kitchen if needed, elevator in the building ,quiet area but very close to all the sites. Breakfast was included at the café downstairs, which was excellent.
Overall was amazing though they could improve the Wi-Fi and the bed was on the firmer side, but still comfortable.

Breakfast was at the bakery, located on the building’s Ground floor. I really enjoyed fresh croissant and espresso. Everything could be reached on foot.

The host was wonderful. He gave us maps of Siena, suggestions on the best places to see and good places to eat.
The only negative comment is about noise from the street below. It may not be a problem for city folks but our home property is very quiet. This would not keep us from returning or recommending this B&B.
