A great place to stay in Siena, for a couple, group of friends, or a family!

great place to stay! we were two, but if really fits a family with a few children! notice there are stairs to and inside the house. The place was very nice, cozy and clean! It's located in a quiet place, about 15 minutes walk from the train station (Siena is hilly!) and few minutes from the bus stop on the next street. But on top of all, Laura, the owner, was great to communicate with, answered to all our questions in a timely manner. We had anything we need for a stay, great kitchen, nice baths, great beds! Also a great view from the top balcony!

Too quick of a visit for Siena

Very comfortable place. Clean and quiet. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was great. A very cute apartment with a stellar view of the area on the roof/patio. Walkable to local small restaurants. Quick drive into city center. Can fit a lot of people.

There is a noise ordinance which seemed aggressive. €150-€300 penalty. I'm not sure how serious that is but I also understand this is a neighborhood home and we must be respectful of the neighbors. We were quiet. Parking was in a common area and then there were a lot of stairs/twists and turns to get to the apartment. May be difficult for older people. The staircase was very narrow (three level apartment). May be difficult for older/unsteady people.

Little far to old town (about 20-25 min. to city gate). But both train station and bus station are to walk, but escalator from shopping mall in front of train station can be used.

Wonderful house!

The house is very nice and spacious and very well equipped. The two roof terraces are very cozy and offer a great view. Attached to the kitchen is also another a terrace. The three bathrooms are very attractively equipped. Everything is there what you need!! We have enjoyed our stay very much! The landlady Laura took much care about us. Thank you for everything, Laura !!!

La ropa de las camas y de los baños necesitan actualizarse urgentemente. Tener que subir tantas escaleras y estrechas para acceder al piso superior.

Spaziosa, non lontana dal centro.

Scala per il 2° piano un po’ stretta. Al 2° piano c’è poca pressione e se ai piani inferiori fanno la doccia l’acqua calda arriva pianissimo.

Appartamento funzionale e comodo. Su tre livelli ma ognuno con il suo bagno. Parcheggi disponibili e centro città raggiungibile a piedi. Host sempre disponibile e flessibile per ogni necessità. Casa fresca anche in giorni molto caldi.

Casa excepcional muy cómoda y con lindas vistas lejos del centro

La casa muy amplia y agradable, la atención on line de Laura y la información que nos dejó excelentes. Muy linda vista! La ubicación fue buena en nuestro caso porque teníamos auto y queríamos recorrer la región, no lo será para el que quiera conocer solo la ciudad.

Un poco rara la organización del baño del 1er piso, el bidet está dentro de la duchera! Sentimos la falta de un tostador y microondas

Laura è una proprietaria gentile e disponibile, sempre presente ma mai invadente. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto, ed è dotato di ogni confort per trascorrere dei giorni in serenità. La cucina è completa di stoviglie e pentolame. L'ambiente è pulito e confortevole, e la posizione strategica. Completa il tutto la presenza di posto auto gratuito a pochi passi da casa, utile quando si hanno molti bagagli.

Nulla; segnalo solo la presenza di scale (sia per raggiungere l'appartamento che al suo interno), le quali potrebbero essere un problema per chi ha difficoltà nella deambulazione. Scale che, d'altronde, risultano perfettamente visibili nelle foto.
