Solid stay

Location was great and the view from the bathroom beautiful. The water pressure in the shower was ideal! The rest of the flat was clean but nothing out of the ordinary. Ideal for a short stay to visit Siena.

Terrible place to stay.

This property does not match the description. It was very noisy and had no sound proofing as described. It is on the top floor in a building on a busy road intersection. All noise from passing cars and pedestrians can be heard clearly in the room. Even worse there is a nightclub or bar playing loud music until very late. It is described as having 2 living rooms. It does not have 2 living rooms. It is one room and a bathroom. There was no coffee machine and no iron. One of the wardrobe doors is off its hinges and leaning up against the wall. We had booked and paid for 4 nights but left after just one night since it was so noisy. Very disappointing and spoiled our intended stay in Siena.

We did not like anything about it to be honest. It was a poor match against the description. The owner who met us on arrival did not ask for our passport details to register our stay. This seems quite irregular. She could not wait to get away as soon as we had entered the room. She did not take any trouble to show us the room as most hosts do. Quite unfriendly. Also failed to respond to my complaint.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Siena

The apartament had a wonderful view for the city and it was located on the top floor of the building. Localization is great, close to the main square. The apartament was clean, spacious, clean with big bathroom. The host was quickly responding to messages / questions and was helpful. Good wifi, air condition

It's difficult to say. – no mosquito nets in the apartament – small kitchen – I think you should be aware that there is no lift and you have to go through narrow and steep stairs to the 3rd floor – but it's an old building.

60 steps to the apartment. Kitchen was too small to be very useful. Virtually no bench space.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay with good hosts

Good location, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine (couldn’t find the remote for the bedroom AC unit though). Quiet as it’s the top apartment in the building. A stovetop moka coffee machine is provided as well with some ground coffee for it, but no milk or tea. Fast and friendly communication from the host via the app and on WhatsApp.

Not possible darken the bedroom completely with the type of shutters currently installed - a blockout curtain or blind on the inside of the windows would be great.

Perfect location, a few steps from Piazza del Campo! Overall, the flat was comfortable and quiet. The host welcomed us and provided useful information about places to visit and restaurants.

It might be an issue if you travel with luggage as there's no lift in the building.

Location was beautiful. Bathroom was big. View from room window was breathtaking. The apartment was very comfortable and spotless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met the host, but we didn't need to. They were available if needed but we needed nothing. Siena is amazing. Stay here!

Siena es un ciudad antigua y a su casco histórico no se puede acceder en vehiculo, por eso esta fue una muy buena eleccion, debes subir escaleras pero vale la pena por que esta a 5 minutos de centro histórico. Totalmente recomendable.

Ubicación perfecta

La ubicación es muy buena a 1 minuto de la plaza del Campo. La persona que nos dio las llaves nos fué preguntado como íbamos para estar allí al llegar. La habitación es amplia con cocina completa y nevera. El baño está bien y es grande.

Nada muy importante, es un 3° sin ascensor. La cama supletoria es un poco chica para una persona grande.

le plus difficile ce sont les 4 étages sans ascenseur - et le fait que la cafetière italienne ne fonctionnait pas sur la plaque. (l'agence nous l'a remplacée) Une poubelle et un porte manteaux dans la salle de bain seraient les bienvenus

Ottimo! Consigliato

Esperienza davvero positiva! Posizione centrale rispetto a Piazza del Campo, quindi comodo per spostarsi a piedi in città. L'appartamento era all'ultimo piano della casa, con vista sui tetti di Siena. L'abbiamo trovato spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e pulito. Particolare il bagno situato su un mezzanino, per cui era presente una scala interna centrale alla stanza. Proprietari disponibili per cui è stato facile organizzare arrivo e partenza.

Peccato solo per il parcheggio: non è stato possibile accedere ai posti auto in Piazza del Mercato, vicinissimi rispetto alla casa. La zona è ZTL, ma altre strutture forniscono un pass temporaneo. Dunque ci hanno consigliato un parcheggio a 10 minuti a piedi, in salita.. Comodo se non si hanno molti bagagli pesanti. Inoltre non c'è ascensore per arrivare al piano.

Centrale e curata ma non adatta a tutti

E centrale, ed pulita.

L’alloggio è sprovvisto di ascensore ed è situato al terzo piano, in una mansarda. Le scale sono quelle vecchie, ripide e strette, quindi salire con molti bagagli può risultare davvero faticoso. Inoltre, l’accesso al bagno è piuttosto scomodo: la scala interna che lo collega non ha appoggi né corrimano, come si può vedere anche dalle foto sul sito. Di notte, specialmente se si è insonnoliti, scendere per andare in bagno può risultare pericoloso. A questo si aggiunge il fatto che l’ambiente è molto rumoroso durante le ore notturne, a causa della vivace vita notturna della zona, il che può rendere difficile riposare.
