The location is superb! It is within the walls of the Siena, very close to Porta Tufi, There is also a (paid) parking close-by (Parking Il Campo) to help unload the baggage. The apartment itself is of very high level: very clean, with perfect layout, the main bed is very comfortable, the sofa bed can easily accommodate two persons, the kitchen table is good for three people, you have all the needed kitchen utensils (and more), the bath is very spacious and with many amenities and there are all sorts of machines (clothes and dish washing machine, microwave, oven and hobs) and technology gadgets (wireless high speed internet, two large flat screen TVs with YouTube and Netflix etc). Raffaella is a superb host! Apart from providing all the information needed for check-in, she provides information about sightseeing and food. She can also take care of car parking (see below). Thumbs up for Raffaella!!!

There is nothing I did not like about the apartment. One should walk up two flights of stairs to the apartment, as there is no elevator. But you are in Siena historic centre, don't forget it! The close-by paid parking is a bit pricey (2€/hour, 35€/day), but you can use the street parking right outside Porta Tufi, if you find spaces... When you visit Siena with a car, be EXTRA careful not to enter the ZTL because you will be fined. However, Raffaella has the solution: she can arrange beforehand for a multi-day pass to enter ZTL.

The location and modern internal fit out made the apartment comfortable and easy to explore Siena. The host Raffaella provided valuable information for parking our car during the stay.

Great appartment, great location, it exceeded our expectations. Everything is new, decorated with taste with much detail and extremely clean. The appartnent has everything you may need. The bed is very comfortable. The host is so nice and helpfull. Hope to be able to stay here again.

We loved the location, and the wonderful views. The attention to detail and excellent design in the apartment made for a lovely retreat and stay.
