Good location but bee carefull!

Very good location. We didn't meet owner, but somebody on whatsapp was very helpfull with all the information how to arrive, where to park car, QR discount code was given to us, so at leaving after two night stay, instead of 70eur we paid 50eur. WIFI speed was realy good ~100Mbps

As my husband is engineer, here are his notes: In Booking.com advertisement it should be mentioned, that air conditioner is mobile air conditioner. Such models have very low efficiency level, they take air from room, partially cooling it, but part of air is blown away, outside building, by plastic hose mounted in window. During it's work there is a big need of fresh air to compensate blowed away air mount, so hot air from the street, through the gaps of the doors and windows is sucked back to the room. Italian company Olimpia Splendid https://www.olimpiasplendid.com/without-outdoor-unit is making perfect air conditioners without outdoor units, what is very actual problem if You like to install air conditioner in old town streets. We had two mobile air conditioners instaled in apartment, one of them was working, another one after 10-15 min was starting to blow warm air. There was almost no ventiliation in bathroom although there was instaled electric ceiling fan. It seems it was never disassebled and cleaned properly. There was strong smell of mold in the bathroom, what is quite dangerous for healt. Windowed door at first foor was imposible to keep opened for the security reasons and very noisy rain drain cover in the road right outside the property that clanks terribly every time when car goes over it. So we kept it closed and sat without natural light. There was no dishwasher, although it was promised in advertising. Also kitchen furniture should be repainted. Hood over gas stove was blowing to nowhere, what is realy dangerous as burned gas has to be ventilated out of the room correcty!

Wonderful medieval town and friendly locals

We loved the location, it's absolutely prefect. The apartment had no views just a window looking to the street form the upstairs bedroom, we spent most of our time in town or sitting outside our door enjoying food from the local market and espresso. We would definitely stay here again.

beautiful view from the top sun room! Close walk to everything, and easy locate! super helpful and responsive staff! Room itself is a little dark, but the 360 views of Siena make up for it! also has a washer and dryer

The one with the view was excellent.

The one without the view was poor. The couch bed was so old it arched and there was no way anyone older then 3 years old could sleep on in without having a broken back the next day.

Exceptional

We liked the apartment so much, we came on the sunset and 360 panorama studio at the top was magnificent. The owner was very welcoming and attentive. The apartment is made with love to the details, very clean and cosy. It has absolutely everything what a traveler can want in a long journey. Washing machine and dryer almost saved us in the middle of our trip through Italy and after Saturnia baths. Thank you for this amazing stay.

Very nice

It is a lovely little apartment in a quiet part of town. very central. The apartment is a maisonette on two floors. Nice and warm. Plenty space. Good size very fuctional kitchen ( We cook and eat at home ) Very nice livingroom. Very comfortable bed. Tatianna met us on arrival, a very pleasent and helpfull lady.

Because of the way Booking.com is used. We didnt get the apartment we thought we had booked. The platform works fine if you have a hotel wilth many room all the same but when you have different apartments that are so different to each other they should be listed seperately. MThis is not the first time this is happened to us, I would recommend contacting the vendors directly and clarify exactly what you are getting before pressing the button. The only other thing ( which isnt actually an issue with the apartment per say ) There is a drain cover in the road right outside the property that CLANKS loudly everytime a car goes over it. It needed lifted, the dirt swept out of the socket it sits in and reseated. I would have done it mysel if i had the tools. It needs sorted. I kinda got used to it eventually but it woke me many times in the night. The owners/agents that manage this property obvioulsy have good high standards. Im sure it will be dealt with.

Perfect lovely flat in a great location

I had the flat on the ground floor and I liked everything! Perfect location, just a few minutes from Il Campo and 3mn from the Uni, where you can go for a walk with great views. Lovely interior design, fell in love with the bedroom upstairs with its beautiful soft yellow/blue combo, the gorgeous window... Bed was comfy, kitchen well equiped, nice shower, good heating (gets chilly in the eve in October/November!). 2 sets of keys are available, which can be nice if you're there with several people And Tatiana was absolutely lovely and really helpful! I didn't need too much info as I had done my research before, but she's more than willing to answer any of your questions on whatsapp! I was also able to not only drop off my bag, but check-in early. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay, I hope to come back one day as I fell in love with Siena!

If I have to find something, I'd say the kitchen could use a cheese grater to be able to have some good cheese on your pasta (Maybe there was and I just didn't find it tbh)

The apartment was in a fantastic location right in the centre of Siena. It was a bit on the small side with no real space to sit and eat a meal if your preference is to eat in.It consisted of one main room..so more like a studio flat with an open plan room upstairs and a shower room . It was very quirky. The added bonus was the 360 view from the upstairs bedroom .

The location was perfect close to the Campo and several good restaurants. The hostess was super helpful and friendly. The apartment was very secure didn't get too hot as it faced on to the shady side of the street. Plenty of room for 2 people. Overall we had no complaints. The information on the things that we.didnt.like are intended to be helpful to make is better

Because it was facing out to the shady side of the street there was a lack of natural light.. The kitchen furnishings could use a repainting. The staircase going upstairs to the bedroom and bathroom is not the prettiest and would be challenging for those with mobility issues. We stayed in the ground floor apartment in this building.

This location is perfect! The staff was very responsive with questions and accommodating for check in!

This is the bare minimum with updated facilities. The second floor was reached by a very tight winding staircase terrible for seniors or small children and with the bathroom upstairs it was unavoidable. There was no view but I thought the pictures indicated a view but not our room.

Near from the center

I thought they would have give me the one with the terrace with the view because it was the only option I had when I reserve but then nothing. They give us an appartment that had only a small little bathroom for 5 people. No windows! The only window was in the living room that was used for a second room but it was a door not a window. If it was other people I think they would have been really really upset.. but we needed only to sleep and leave.. but it was kinda clean so I give it a 6

Tatiana was super nice gave us a lot of tips and some things we asked for. The apartment has everything you need, there was tea&coffee as well, a washing machine and a microwave. Wifi worked fine. Location was central, near piazza del Campo in the historical area.

Lokalizacja jest na plus. W zasadzie ścisłe centrum. Można było poczuć klimat starego miasta oraz jak mogli żyć dziesiątki lat temu ludzie. a może i nawet setki... jest pralka, duży plus. duże łóżko. w kuchni wszystko co trzeba. ręczniki, mydło itd. jest klima przenośna.

Pomijając kwestie wystroju, gdyż to jest kwestia indywidualna, to przydałoby się zainwestować w AGD w kuchni. Super byłoby gdyby na wyposażeniu była świeża oliwa, kawa, herbata, woda. Kawa była, ale kawomat wymaga czyszczenia...
