Dishwasher & washing machine were both mildewed; air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby, centrally located. Wood trussed and tiled ceiling are charming, amazing views of the Campo and the bell tower of the cathedral for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's a great space for two people, three makes it a little tight but manageable (third sleeping spot is a cot in an open loft). Well functioning kitchen that's stocked for cooking. The sleeping/work loft made it easy to get some work done while traveling. Very quiet space and the owner was very responsive. Would recommend the place whole-heartedly
The air conditioning unit--a portable one--was not properly set up for venting hot air out an external window. I had to do an amateur job with a cheap plastic shower curtain and lots of tape and thumb tacks on one of the windows. It sort of worked. The unit itself is not quite powerful enough for the size of the apartment and the high lofted ceiling of a top floor apt that caught the sun during one of Europe's worst heatwaves. There was very little the owner could have done about the latter! Shutters for one of the largest windows need to be hung to help control the strong sun on hot days. Otherwise a great place.

Non c'è aria condizionata come nella descrizione di Booking, ma solo una specie di pinguino solo nel soggiorno, bloccato in un punto e non trasportabile.
Nella camera da letto un semplice ventilatore, ma stando sotto al tetto circolava solo aria calda. In cucina devi essere alto 1,80 per accedere ai pensili.
Nella descrizione non viene detto che ci sono ben 70 gradini per arrivare all'appartamento, privo di ascensore. Per non parlare del materasso e delle lenzuola sintetiche, bollenti!
Mi chiedo come si fa ad avere una valutazione da 10 , solo per il panorama che si vede da una finestra e per dove è ubicato l'appartamento?
Il piano soppalcato non lo abbiamo utilizzato: caldissimo e buio; la scrivania che poteva essere utile è lontana dalla uni a presa di corrente. La luce fioca; nel soggiorno living il divano 5 ricavato con materassi si pedane di legno e non si presta per stare seduti a guardare la TV: spalliera inesistente oltre ad essere caldissimo.. Suggerisco un cornetto a microonde per scaldare velocemente e magari macchinetta di caffè con cialde disponibili. Noi non abbiamo mai cucinato nulla

mieszkanie ma duszę! jest wielkie i ma niesamowitą ilosc bajerow (nawet kontrolka DJska). a widoki za milion dolarów z okien na trzy strony (duomo, piazza, pejzaz Toskanii)
