Il Nido dell'Oca - Loft Giardino

Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt – mitten im Zentrum und dennoch mit einem kleinen privaten Garten, was wirklich sehr schön und angenehm war. Der Check-in war absolut unkompliziert. Die Zugangscodes wurden frühzeitig per E-Mail zur Verfügung gestellt, und wir hätten sogar eine Stunde früher in die Unterkunft gekonnt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das Angebot eines kostenlosen späteren Check-outs aufgrund der Verschiebung des Palio di Siena. Auch wenn wir diesen nicht groß genutzt haben, haben wir diese entgegenkommende Geste sehr geschätzt, da die Unterkunft dafür selbstverständlich keine Verantwortung trägt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen technischen Mängeln, die den positiven Gesamteindruck jedoch nur leicht trüben.

Einziger Minuspunkt waren die im Schlafbereich nicht funktionierenden Steckdosen und Lampen, die offenbar bereits zuvor bemängelt wurden. Hier sollte dringend eine Instandsetzung erfolgen. Das Bett war insgesamt bequem, allerdings waren die Kopfkissen sehr hart.

De fantastische locatie. Zo dicht tegen de twee belangrijkste plekken van Siena aan. Te weten Il Campo and Il Duomo.

Alles was prima. De aankleding kon iets uitgebreider maar voldeed.

The beautiful garden area was a real plus. Also the wonderful water dispenser on the fridge that provided endless amounts of delicious cool water. The bed was really comfortable. It was spotless but the best thing was the amazing shower room with continuous hot water and great water pressure.

Nothing really. All good.

Beautiful backyard, beautiful home. New appliances. Adequate towels and blankets. Excellent location.

I think we just had bad luck with all of the things that broke during our stay. electricity went off, and there was flooding from the next apartment. It’s an old house and we understand. But The first repair man that came to the house was very rude, said almost nothing to us, and was scary. We (two women) had to go back to the place to let him in the house and then had to be alone with him in the house. We felt unsafe. The second repairman (older man) was very nice. But we had to be around to help let him in and out which did disrupt our stay. Thank you to the owner for coming with a bottle of wine to apologize. That was very nice.
