Sehr gute Lage! Schöne Umgebung.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen, es könnte aber Verbesserung geben; par exemple:
Geschirrhandtücher sollten da sein;
Wäschständer zum trocknen wäre gut;
Liste von Einkaufsoptionen(Bäckerei, Supermarkt) wäre hilfreich
Mülltrennung(!): mittlerweile ist Italien vorbildlich bei Mülltrennung im öffentlichen Raum; das sollte auch im privaten/Tourismus machbar sein!

Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location a short walk from main sites, cafes, shops. Loved the layout of the apartment, the seating area outside and the beautiful building.
External door needed a key to exit, which is not ideal in an emergency.
