È notevole l’impegno e la buona volontà dell’host di modernizzare l’alloggio, ricavando da un palazzo datato una stanza che a prima impatto è ordinata e pulita. Degno di nota è la gentilezza dell’host che a fronte di un problema riscontrato con l’apertura della porta si è subito mostrato collaborativo e disponibile. La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura: in 10 minuti sei in centro e vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali.

Purtroppo però credo le potenzialità della struttura siano “danneggiate” da alcune pecche. Prima fra tutte l’assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione. Ci sono infatti disponibili due “appartamenti”: uno più piccolo (1) e uno più grande (2). L’1 però sarebbe in realtà una stanza ricavata dal 2 e quindi l’unica cosa che separa i due alloggi è una misera porta. La conseguenza è chiaramente sia l’assenza di privacy, sembra che quelli che alloggiano al 2 siano in realtà lì con te all’1, essendo impossibile non sentire chiacchiere, rumori o altro. Per non parlare dei rumori esterni: l’unica finestra presente infatti da su una strada abbastanza trafficata ed è letteralmente ad altezza marciapiede. Morale: proporrei un bel muro di mattoni e un vetro rinforzato. Secondo punto a sfavore: la cucina. È un “voglio ma non posso”. Sicuramente in sé è una bella cucinina, ma il concept di voler rendere un ambiente così piccolo un appartamento non mi convince. Al suo posto avrei preferito un appendiabiti o un piccolo ripiano per le valigie, magari un armadio, di cui purtroppo l’appartamento è sprovvisto e ti obbliga dunque a vivere un po’ “sacrificato”. Terzo punto, diciamo che questo è più un mio parere. Quel pozzo profondo 3 metri vetrato in mezzo alla stanza non è propriamente di mio gusto, colpa mia che non lo avevo notato prenotando. Diciamo che almeno un tappetino ce lo metterei…

The apartment is brand new , very comfortable, amazing bed , spacious. The location is great , walkable to any part of Siena and very close to the nearest parking , if you have a rental car. One of the best things that added to the experience, was our amazing host Piero! He was very attentive and responsive to everything and gave us a lot of tips for the area and in general, as well as helped with the overall stay! Great job!

As mentioned also to Piero , one thing the owners need to be aware and look after , is the noise from the next door apartment, which almost makes it feel like you are living with the people next to you. Also the noise from the street outside is somewhat disturbing at times, so all in all better soundproofing would make this a 10/10 !

Lovely apartment, keeping the old architecture of the building whilst also being all new and modern. Open plan, but it didn’t bother us as we only slept there for 2 nights. Location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. Communication was very good and owners very quick to assist.

We experienced some issues with the hot water but the owner immediately sent assistance to sort it out so all good in the end. We appreciated the quick response.

Studio situé en bas de la vieille ville conforme aux photos : en très bon état, très bien équipé et très propre. Hôte disponible, arrangeant et réactif. Clim très appréciée en période de canicule !
