The apartment was in an excellent location with some nice touches like olive oil, spices, bath products and comfortable furnishings. The bed and shower were great and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with good instructions for checking in. It was nice to have air conditioning in the apartment and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The location is hard to beat. The pictures are accurate. Communication with the property manger via WhatsApp was easy and timely.
This apartment is listed as a two bedroom apartment but there is a steep, additional, nightly charge for using the second bedroom. We were asked three times if we were using the second bedroom. I think the listing should be changed to clearly show the price difference. Also the dishwasher leaked. These things happen but the floor around the dishwasher was warped in a way that made us wonder if this is a recurring problem. We notified the property manager so hopefully this has been corrected.

Location was great; however no breakfast was offered
Only coffee caps were offered at the location. I reserved the apartment for my wife and myself for 7 days. I was charged a cleaning fee, but the apartment was not cleaned during our stay. We got 2 towels for the whole stay and limited soap. Is the cleaning fee that I paid use to clean the apartment to the next customer?

The apartment was clean, comfortable beds, nice towels, fantastic shower. The location is close to Campo, a bit loud at night , but ends early and the location is convenient to everything in Siena
