Lombarde 30 near Piazza Il Campo

This is a lovely old Siena house, all on the ground floor, 2 big bedrooms, 1 with toilet, bidet and sink "en-suite" and a big comfy lounge. It was very hot during our mid August stay, as expected, be aware there is no aircon (due to local regs in the old town) but good fans to stir the hot air!! We arrived late morning and were able to get in early, which was a bonus You have to arrive by taxi, who will drop you at the top of the street, it is a very steep slope to reach the house!! Il Campo is a shot walk, avoid the restaurants in the square, overpriced, rushed service, and average quality, lots of better eating in small, family restaurants not far away.

Nothing, a lovely place to stay for a short break in a beautiful city. Bring your best walking shoes!!

Wonderful apartment in the centre of Siena in a perfect location to explore the magnificent city. The facilities and customer service are exceptional and the apartment is very comfortable; and I’m looking forward to staying here again on a future visit to the stunning city.

Perfect stay even better than the pictures, a huge place, traditionally decorated, very homely and welcoming. Friendly hosts, everything clean, everything easy and perfect location.
