Location is wonderful, not on the main street with crowds but just 5 min walk to Duomo.
Supermarket and all the restaurents are close.
Marianna met us for check in and supported with info about taxi, restaurents and other useful info. For chek-out we just closed the door.
Two bedrooms on the other parts of the apartment — very convinient with the kids. Two WCs also nice to have when you are family of four persons.

Situado en el casco histórico de una ciudad pequeña, en el que casi cualquier sitio es céntrico. Primera planta de un edificio sin ascensor, como tantos en Siena.
Mejor las fotos que la realidad, muy decepcionante. Apartamento irregular, con escalones. Se ha dado una mano de pintura y hay algún mueble nuevo, pero, en general, la sensación es que es la casa de la abuela con los muebles de la abuela, y los olores de la abuela. No estaba demasiado limpio, también porque había mucho ruido visual. Pequeños muebles que no valen para nada (esquineros con jarrones y flores secas cogiendo polvo, estanterías con libros "de viejo" en italiano que nadie va a leer). Montones de cómodas viejas que no vas a llenar. Sofá que ha vivido mejores tiempos. Cacharritos inútiles que hay que limpiar, y que nadie limpia. Es mejor poco pero práctico y nuevo, no cuesta tanto. Cuantas menos cosas, más fácil de mantener y de limpiar, daría un aspecto más cuidado.
Anfitrión irresponsable. El check-in es de 16-19 horas (después cobran un suplemento), solicita repetidamente en días previos que se le diga la hora exacta de llegada, decimos a las 18 h, y cuando llegamos a esa misma hora (sonaba un reloj cercano), tenemos que llamarle y esperar a que llegue. Cero instrucciones, cero recomendaciones. Te da la llave y pide que la dejes sobre la mesa al irte. Y te apaga la calefacción a distancia.
No volvería y no lo recomiendo. Mejor un hotel.
