Gorgeous grounds, clean pool, 360 view of breathtaking hills of Tuscany with clear view of Siena. Rooms are traditional and rustic, but clean and well-kept! Will return year after year!

Wifi outside and Common Area only- but that's a good excuse not to be on screens for kids :)

Super lokalizacja, na wzgórzu skąd były piękne widoki w tym na Siene. Bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Czysty basen, zadbana zieleń.

Przydałby się ciut większy pakiet startowy - mydło, płyn do naczyń itp. 😊

Die Lage der Anlage ist traumhaft. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick in die Toskana. Siena liegt vor der Haustür und es gibt sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Räume sind nachts kühl und es ist sehr angenehm ruhig. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Sehr gut für Familien geeignet.

Views were amazing, and were the highlight of the stay. Peace and quiet, but not enough real amenities.

1. WiFi was NOT available anywhere outside of the reception area, and in this day and age, to not have WiFi in the apartments is such a disservice. (only after reading the fine-print did I notice that they have a disclaimer saying WiFi available in the general areas only--- but barely! You could not even sit in the terrace area outside the reception and get good fast WiFi.) 2. Very stingy with toiletries. Only one roll of toilet paper for an entire week's stay. Please warn your guests to go shopping before they arrive so that they can purchase toilet paper and other toiletries before driving down a 2 km stretch of unpaged private road. 3. Not all the burners on the stove worked, a couple of the cups were chipped, the hot water kettle was ancient (and still the plastic version from the 1990's). Old kitchen and facilities. 4. You had to drive on an unpaved dirt road for almost 2 kilometers to get to the place. It would be good to warn guests to rent a larger car or an SUV to be able to comfortably navigate the road.
