Se posso dare un consiglio...areggiare di piu le camere....c'e' un piacevole odore di muffa che si attacca agli abiti...anche nella sala giochi bimbi!!

This magnificent property actually turned out to be much more beautiful than in the photos. Situated on a hill offering a stunning 360° view of the Tuscan countryside. To the east of the access road and to the west overlooking Siena. The light of the setting sun was absolutely stunning. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with a large round swimming pool and plenty of places to relax. Bicycles, a laundry room and a tennis court were available. Our appartament was comfortable and well-equipped. Each bedroom had a large wardrobe, the bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries, and the dining room had a sideboard with crockery. The staff were absolutely lovely. We really liked the villa’s location. We visited lots of beautiful little towns, all about an hour’s drive away in various directions. I’d recommend exploring the area. Florence, Siena, Volterra, Cortona, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Montalcino and many others.

The pillows were too firm. The coffee machine was too small. There were no rubbish bags for recycling, dishwasher tablets or toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very poor outside the main lobby.

Wyjątkowe miejsce, kolejny raz przez nas odwiedzone. Genialna lokalizacja, dużo , dużo spokoju, przemiły kontakt z właścicielem, tak samo, jak urocze jest to miejsce z zewnątrz , tak samo są i wnętrza apartamentów, każde z własnym ogródkiem, do tego basen, kort i wiele innych, wakacyjna bajka.

Views were amazing, and were the highlight of the stay. Peace and quiet, but not enough real amenities.

1. WiFi was NOT available anywhere outside of the reception area, and in this day and age, to not have WiFi in the apartments is such a disservice. (only after reading the fine-print did I notice that they have a disclaimer saying WiFi available in the general areas only--- but barely! You could not even sit in the terrace area outside the reception and get good fast WiFi.) 2. Very stingy with toiletries. Only one roll of toilet paper for an entire week's stay. Please warn your guests to go shopping before they arrive so that they can purchase toilet paper and other toiletries before driving down a 2 km stretch of unpaged private road. 3. Not all the burners on the stove worked, a couple of the cups were chipped, the hot water kettle was ancient (and still the plastic version from the 1990's). Old kitchen and facilities. 4. You had to drive on an unpaved dirt road for almost 2 kilometers to get to the place. It would be good to warn guests to rent a larger car or an SUV to be able to comfortably navigate the road.
