Passé l'effet négatif lié à l'accès du bâtiment côté rue, on découvre un bel appartement, bien aménagé, bien équipé, calme, propre et très bien situé dans Nantes. Une belle découverte !
Monter 2 étages avec les bagages, cela devient difficile pour nous.

Está céntrico y la cama es cómoda. Es bastante calentito, ya que la calefacción funciona muy bien y la cocina tiene de todo. La tienda que hay justo abajo para desayunar, con pasteles frescos y cafe para llevar.
No es una estancia para 3 personas. El sofá cama es pequeño y un adulto tiene que dormir en posición fetal. La entrada, pasillo y escaleras para llegar dan miedo y si llegas por la noche dan mucha inseguridad. La zona por la noche no es buena y te lo advierten en el tour que debes tener cuidado.

The apartment's location was super convenient. In the heart of Nantes and close to the Commerce Tram station
The host the night before the check in, informed me after I messaged him for our arrival, that the apartment was not available and that he had another apartment close to the one I booked and if I wanted to stay there. I had no option because I could not find another property at that time, so I accepted this. The room was not as good looking as the one I booked, and it was not well preserved. We were disappointed by this situation. I would not choose this property again in the future for sure.
