Apartment itself is very nice and comfortable, has everything is needed to stay.

It's very hard to find the entrance and the entrance is very dirty. Code to open the door looks like work only form French SIMs what makes it impossible to unlock the door in some situations. From one hand the apartments were clean enough from other hand we accidentally find out someone's underwear in the corner. Don't forget to go to drop your trash because if you will keep the garbage during the night in the apartment mice will come to check for anything to eat.

Highly recommanded

The location couldn't be better! In the middle of the arty stuff, good restaurants and shops. The appartment was very clean with enough room for the four of us and had all the facillities needed and more. Highly recommanded!

At night it was noisy on the street, but that's understandable because of its location.

Nous avions dû quitter le logement qui ne nous convenait pas, nous y avons passés qu’une seule nuit.

J’ai réservé deux chambres pour 3 personnes or il n’y avait qu’une chambre, La douche était bouchée, le canapé inconfortable( douleurs au dos ), le tapage nocturne en face de notre fenêtre ( boîte de nuit, mal dormis jusqu’à 7 h 30 du matin.

Una sugerencia, Cambiaría la cortina de baño por una mampara de cristal para evitar se salga el agua y se manche fuera, Por decir algo constructivo.

Très bon potentiel mais...

L'appartement est très agréable : très fonctionnel, bien aménagé, bien décoré, confortable et très propre. Il est, a priori, plutôt très bien situé (centre-ville). Le double vitrage isole parfaitement du bruit de la rue. Le propriétaire se montre disponible et se préoccupe de son hôte. Café et thé sont prévus pour vous accueillir.

L'appartement est parfait sauf en cas de forte chaleur. Nous sommes venus en période de forte chaleur (week-end du 14 juillet) et nous avons eu très chaud la nuit (nous étions absents en journée). Nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit car la rue piétonne est très bruyante. La boîte de nuit qui se trouve en face n'est pas gênante en soi mais les clients qui en sortent discutent sous les fenêtres. Au petit matin, des engins assurent un nettoyage de la rue bruyant dès 7h du matin. Si le ventilateur de la chambre fonctionnait plutôt bien, celui du salon serait à remplacer. Cet avis négatif n'est valable qu'en cas de forte chaleur. Sinon le double-vitrage joue parfaitement son rôle.

Zugang zur Wohnung könnte man sehr viel besser beschreiben, nicht unkompliziert.

Sehr komfortable, saubere Apartments, gut gelegen, leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar. Es hat überall angenehm gerochen, die Betten waren bequem. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen – alles war sehr komfortabel und frisch.

C’est au centre ville et donc très pratique

Malheureusement l’équipement de la cuisine était un peu abîmé donc on n’a pas pu cuisiner.
